Modders can now Close and Open their own threads. Don't take advantage of this in situations it isn't needed though, it's mainly for the use of keeping updates and posting progress even if it's to say project on hold, closed or whatever. Whenever you close or reopen your thread post saying why. Thanks!

As far as I know there is no official or unofficial means of giving members the ability to moderate their own threads but I will keep looking.

Thing is the modders want to make what they want and that's fine and you actually end up with some crazy and a good variety of cars from Lada's to Bugatti's. If your car isn't available and you can't do it yourself then by all means learn to do it, don't annoy modders by asking in every thread for it. Just wait and be patient, someone will eventually make the car you want.

It's not cause 1 person may hate it though it's the constant barrage of "You should make XXXXX" and "I would love to see a XXXXXX" and also the Private and Profile Messages. It would really get on your nerves. You don't always want praise either, you want people to enjoy what you have created but you also want to hear what they think about it, the good and the bad! You post you're working on an Audi S8 and all of a sudden people are saying why not make the S5 instead or noone is making this car and that car. After this can you make XXXXXX. We have a modding section right now but no real modding community as the community isn't respectful of what these guys are doing or helping this section grow, in fact some people are doing the opposite and that's not good for anyone. If it comes to it we will have to start banning people from this area and also hiding it from the Unregistered/Lurkers which is not something I really want to do but if this nonsense continues then it will be done.

You need to set custom controller and then clear an option that doesn't have much use like say for example pause song and then map it to Convertible Roof. Cheers guys for the comments!

I have been wanting to make a vid showing all the good things and small details that MCLA has that I would really want to see in TDU2, it was going to be a fairly long and quite an indepth look at all the good that this game has, that the TDU community is shouting and asking for in the next TEST DRIVE game. But I decided to go for something more akin to my mental state. :eek: MCLA make no mistake is a really good game and it's almost like the developers heard what the community of TDU was asking to be improved, and what they were asking for, and by hell these guys did it and did it well at that! It's over the top, it's an eyesore and it's a joke, it's not designed to look like it goes fast even though it does, that's not rice. In fact you know what, it's a showcar, as simple as that. Hey Nipper you think this would look better if it was Black and the logo was Pink instead? Got a question for you, is this rice?

Explain? And the car is that low because it has airbags so when the car is stopped it lowers more. What's rice about it? How about the wheels which are wider for more grip (even though that's not a factor in this game), or the front bumper which aids aero, perhaps the rear bumper with the venturi tunnels which would aid downforce, the stock wing which uhh comes with the car. Maybe the neon but wait it's for show as it's a police car, the vinyl because of course police cars use vinyl to rice their cars up yeah? Performance upgrades mean 206mph without nitrous also so yeah full on rice. You do know what rice typically means don't you? Race Inspired COSMETIC Enhancement. IE looks like it could go fast but actually is as slow as a brick being stood on. I know some things are really stupid and not in keeping with the game though tbh the first one as in real world places and adverts actually do add to the game worlds immersion and make money for the developer as long as it's ads only and not taking data from us like EA games sometimes do. GTA is GTA, the sooner they grow up the better. There is a lot in Midnight Club Los Angeles I think they have done really well and would like to see implemented into TDU2 especially the damage, repairing of damage via a garage or a quick fix if wrecked with dodgy panels and such and of course active aero parts, working roofs and fully functioning dashes among other things!

I know, I had the LED's but they seemed glitched as they never actually lit up, seems to be an issue with Skyline in general actually. Oh you guys need to see my newest creation. :D
