  1. Which version of 7Zip do I need to extract the files out of the Boss 302 file from that link up there??? I got the latest version, and it still says "Unsupported Compression Method"
  2. I had that same problem when I accidentally deleted the rims for a car I was installing. The game won't load the car model if it can't find the proper rim file. Test drive the car and see if the car model shows up but not the rims. Make sure all the rim files are there, then test it again.
  3. Put it on the SRT6 Coupe, or one of the slower Audis. The car model came from Juiced 2, and as far as I can remember, that game doesn't have the new Focus in it.....
  4. Here's a couple better camera options... For the stock bodied versions of the car, use the Ascari KZ1 Camera, and the IK from the Ruf RK Spyder. For the Veilside versions, use the Koenigsegg CC8 Camera, and the Ruf RK Spyder IK set. Both camera options are the best possible combinations of Driver's view and Hood view.
  5. For those looking for rims, RacersHardware has the proper GT3-RS rims on his site. There's a few pink poly errors in v1.1 that weren't there in 1.0... Three right on the back of the car, and another that shows at the bottom of the driver's door, you can see it clearly when you open the door. Plus there's this weirdness clinging to lower part of the front bumper.... Plus the door panels still seem a bit too big.
  6. It's not like the old paint color swaps, you can choose the Jag XKR camera for the W-12, and the Jag XKR keeps it's camera.
  7. Someone made a GNX already, but they stuck a huge supercharger through the hood, plus they charged people money to unlock the download file, seriously lame......
  8. You could always try to modify one of the wings (and mounts) from NFSMW, there's a few that are really close to the real SVR wing.
  9. I got the headliner about half done, just like the doors it won't have flat planar panels anymore. This is one of my favorite cars of all time and I'm going to try to make it look as good as I can.

  12. Exterior re-smoothing now 100% complete, moving on to interior separation, re-smoothing, and gap fixing. And the doors are no longer flat planar surfaces, they have dimension now :D

  17. Unmodded Ferrari F-40 AC Schnitzer BMW Bentley Continental GT The F-40 shadow is nice and long and detailed. The shadow on the Schnitzer BMW stops just outside of the car in an oval shape....BUT....the shadow of the Bentley doesn't stop, the thing is, that Bentley shadow is just a mega-low-poly block model that Grin also used for the distance model. So it appears that there is a way to fix it, it's just unknown what the fix is at this point.
  18. It's just a simple question that's all. I was wondering what's the point of making an accurate or semi-accurate shadow model when it's never seen anyways.
  19. The cars built into the game have full car shadows that rotate and lengthen out realistically depending on light source. Most of the modded car shadows seem to stop at an arbitrary point usually about a foot away from the car in an oval shape. Why? Is something being deleted from the mods, or is something not being done to the mods that would bug up the shadows like that?

  23. Someone was working on the unpainted version of that car, and they finished it, they just refuse to release it (and another much-requested car).....
  24. Any variation of yellow and black falls under "BumbleBee Colors", especially where there's a transformer photoshopped into the picture......
  25. I knew someone would do a Transformers photoshop with the BumbleBee colors.
