yep of course Adjustments> curves colour balance hue/saturation Filters>Blur> Motion Blur Blur More Tools> Blur Tool Burn Tool(for camera filters)

nice shots Luc, btw yeah work with radial blur on wheels or if you're going to use motion blur select each rim line and get the angle right for each one of them. That looks much better than radial anyway.
