  1. @U.S.S.R I doubt he ment there was anything wrong with them but most people prefer to play with eather friends or people from their own country. I also had the same problem as Tool.
  2. I don't know whats featured in Forca 3 but I can translate that subject what was said in GameReactor Magazine Norway: This is the exact text, which I have tried to translate as good as I can.
  3. Hi :) I was wondering if anyone where able to convert or mod a Ford Sierra RS500 Cosworth? I saw there was an mod for this car at rFactorCentral : http://www.rfactorcentral.com/detail.cfm?ID=Ford%20Sierra%20RS500%20Cosworth How does it work with permissions and stuff? I hope I will learn how to mod before TDU2 comes out but for now I guess I'll just be a pain in the neck :D
  4. Ford Sierra RS (Sapphire) Cosworth: Ford Escort Cosworth: and a crash with Sierra & Escort Cosworth: Who's to blame?
  5. Yeah I see that one... hmm. I dont know. I still think a better solution could be made. Not necessarily international calling codes but... something... universial.
  6. Nobody know the release date, exept from that it will be in the second half of 2010 (1.july-31.december), unless it gets delayed.
  7. I do think we will see SEAT cars in TDU2. 9. Yeah. I think 160kmh was fast enough, but the handling was a little extreme. +rep EDIT: hehe cool you can even drive a bus :D
  10. As BobbyV said to me, nobody's perfect
  11. Yes it would've been nice with some normal cars also.
  12. Woooaaahh coool. Thanks for the link dude. Will drive for a while :D
  13. Me, the handsome one.
  14. It would be nice if there where, but I doubt there will be any engine failures or suspension damage.
  15. + Rep on the last shot Kelvjy ;) Ok, my photographic skills sucks. I will try to improve myself this summer. I hope to learn more about light, shadow and depth... But here are some from last summer i think. This is a picture I tried to fix after a terrible try last year. The original is lost. I don't know, I love the roads though :D Mr. & Mrs. Doe. Plants I - From yellow to pink. Someone's cat. Plants II - Lights are off... but the purple colour is nice.
  16. hehe that's good :) Not long before Creative Suite 5, so keep your eyes open ;) http://cs5launch.adobe.com/

    1. Why? If you know your national calling code, which in your case is +44 (or 0044) then you know the exact time "it" will be released. A good example for the confusion is when Bad Company 2 was released. It was released most places 01:00 (online Norway) but at Steam you couldn't download it before 02:00. At spaceworld.no you could download it at 00:00. Valve's (Steam) explaination was that they followed MSK time (Moscow, Russia) since that was done previously. Valve said there was no clearance on what CET time, and that they was not aware CET time was MEZ time. Still nobody knows when it was supposed to be released. The biggest reason why this was an issue in this case (company wise) is due to piracy. Though in this case and most cases the games are leaked several days before, but the highest download rate happens at release dates.
    2. thx... Clipping mask tool is the key here yes. If you dont know how to do it, the end result in tWm's link is the same. Probably the same way I did it. The font I used was: Helvetica (Inserat LT Std).

      1. If they could at leased used one time zone (-12 to +12) as it probably was ment to be used then everything would've been fine, but in modern time they have like time for everything (several military times, space, science, geologic, metrologic etc.). Soon we will probably also have UTT (Universal Time Travel) :D
      2. @BobbyV - Yes it's very european with roundabouts (funny word lol). I love it. Great picture :) @CLR-GTR - Yeah I hope so to. If they get dirt then it's good. Atleased the Focus can be modded. Tho also with dirt hehe. I think I need to start modding cars this year, seriously. I'm just lazy^^
      3. Welcome mr. Good luck with your Wiki site ;)
      4. It's a little confusing to even explain but I'm gonna try. Norway. Time here is: ca 16:38 but... UTC + 1 CET (Central European Time) UTC + 2 CEST (Central European Summer Time) GMT + 1 (Greenwich Mean Time) UTC + 1 (Coordinated Universal Time) These are all the same and are all much used in Norway. What the hell is the point with all these timezones when UTC excist? In practice there is UTC-4 (Washington DC) and UTC+2 (Oslo, Norway) (the differences inbetween in realtime is 6 hours) but when someone use these they allways put something confusing behind like I described earlier, like UTC+2 "CEST". Look as an example here: http://cs5launch.adobe.com/ It's not so confusing (could still be) there since they have used different timezones but it's very rare people announce things descibed as this. They should start doing it like this: USA = UTC+1:1200 Norway = UTC+47:0600 Which means: Every country has it's timezone (goes after capital) and why not use the national calling code (telephone). So let's say, Eden are announcing the date for release for it's TDU2: "Test Drive Unlimited 2 will be released September 1. 2010 - UTC+1:0000" Which means: Let's say everyone agrees that Washington DC (Calling Code 1 = UTC+1) will be centerpoint for everyone and everything. Then it means that the game will be released September 1. 2010, 12am (since ofcourse Eden announced it by using UTC+1). So from common sence it will be easier for me to know when it will be released in Norway (Calling Code 47 = UTC+47). If this had been realized then most, if not all would know how much time difference there are between their own capital and Washington DC. Do you agree and what do you mean about it? (I hope it was understandable)
