  1. That "pause" is actually a beep if you listen closely. I have turbo lag's physics. You know where to get them.
  2. Well these are Forza 3 recording, though samples can be extracted from Forza 3 lately and I have for a few cars already. But they are very difficult to use for a mod and they sound a little different than ingame (in Forza 3). I have no idea how this game uses the samples.
  3. Thanks for the comments. I am waiting for more feedback. Thanks.
  4. Lol how could the offhigh be too high pitched? It's clearly underpitched. Every off sample has to have the same pitch with the analog on sample. That's how the real thing is. It is your mod anyway so do what you think it's best.:cheeky: Cheers, mate.
  5. Yes, it is better than the previous one. But...there always is a "but" : the "off" isn't synchronised with the "on". This is what I mean: When you release the gas (for example at high rpm) the sound that you hear (offhigh) doesn't have a high enough pitch so it doesn't sound natural. Hope you see what I mean. That's quite an easy fix. Cheers.
  6. Not really...you could try NFS Shift ones but they aint too good.

  7. Credits: G560, Turn10, EA Games. I am not very happy with this mod. Originally I didn't even want to release it but I decided to give it a go. Maybe a few people will like it. Sound is from Forza 3, but I used the "Off" samples from NFS Shift. It also has a custom startup taken from a video on youtube. You may have to turn up your speakers because I had to turn down the car's volume when recording in order not to sound distorted. 8. But the Leon...
  9. Chill out, my friend. Crap happens. Don't quit modding. Every modder runs into trouble sometimes, so did I. Try using samples from games (NFS Shift for example). OR read Doctor G's "Post your videos and get a free soundmod" thread and you find there the exact requirements in order for a video to be usable. Good Luck.
  10. That's the difficult part...too much to explain and I'm too lazy and drunk right now...I'll try fixing them tomorrow after I finish something.
  11. Well, in my opinion you need to reduce the whine volume a little and fix the transitions between the whines. It sounds a bit weird.
  12. Well from what I know the whine is supposed to be cut when you release the gas.
  13. Make sure you get the transitions as smooth as possible or else it will sound weird.
  14. Thanks for the song. Of course I'm having projects in progress. I'm constantly cooking something there.
  15. Nice video, mate. Could you tell me which song is this? I know it's something with Ayo Technology... Oh and you got the wrong sound mod. The GTI doesn't have a VR6 engine.:cheeky:
  16. TDU doesn't have a supercharger. And wow you mean that Turbocharger sample from TDU sounds exactly like the gearbox whine from NFS Shift? That's pretty strange. I'll send my samples later.
  17. That's exactly what I was thinking when I made and I spent lots of time to get it just at the right volume. I was thinking that people can't notice and appreciate things that I work hard on. Thanks.
  18. Well don't tell me that you used samples from that video because I ain't going to believe you. This is saladine1's mod because I've been using it every since I found this forum and trust me, I know it's bugs. A very obvious one would be when you release the acceleration at low rpms ==>> the offlow sample isn't synchronised with the onlow. Also you couldn't have used samples from that video because the mod should have sounded very similar to the video (example: Doctor G.'s mods). I'm sorry if you feel offended but every time I see people stealing I feel offended myself. Good Luck on your future mods.
  19. This is the gearbox whine sound from NFS Shift, not the supercharger. I will send you the supercharger samples from NFS Shift later if you want.
  20. Visit my page. The physics download link is there.
  21. Wow, great mod, mate. Downloading for sure. I would turn the supercharger volume just a little bit down, but I know that's not possible. +rep for you, mr.
  22. Please upload them to filefront or anywhere else and give me the download link via pm and I will try. ;) As I said previously in another thread: G560's recording device has broken so he can't record anymore from Forza 3 so I can't promise anything.
  23. Yes he removed the backfire or didn't use the NFS Shift sample and it is a little more high pitched. I would have a small objection, though: the transition between idle and onlow needs a small fix. Hope you agree with me and take it as a constructive comment. Great mod, excepting that.:cheeky:
  24. The Evo IX and Evo X sound almost identical in my opinion. I have already made a mod for the Evo X. And I will be doing a proper VTEC but, at the moment, I am kinda stuck because G560's recording device has broken so he can't record anymore from Forza 3. I don't think I will be using Shift's Civic sound because I don't like it. Cheers.
  25. Would you please read the description in the first post?
