    Hmm... okay. Thanks for the (negative) feedback, I guess. :D Most of the questions and these so called problems were already explained in a readme file. Please take your time, you know, to actually read it, before you decide to write a post. :p I don't understand this whole confusion with that new GPS map. That's why we got two versions Full & Lite. And what part of TDU2 inspired map you failed to understand. You did saw TDU2 trailers? Read the FAQ about it inside a readme file? Butterflies are there, I've just swapped them with a different sort of leafs, so that they don't show up throughout the game so often. If you open Birds.bnk, you'll see that all tropical birds textures are there, including Rainbow Lorikeet. :) Sun is too bright? Well, for something that got temperature around 6000°C it gotta be. Ever drove a car in real life, facing directly toward the sun? You'll pretty much get the same effect. :p Game crashes? It didn't crashed for my two testers, nor me. Kevin can run it, and so as edwin. Magic Map? Patch 1.68b? Uninstall doesn't work? Post your log so that I can exactly see where's the problem. Sure, this project is still very much a work in progress and I can appreciate any feedback, don't get me wrong. I depend on that very own feedback to make Island Paradise better in next version(s). Maybe I've sounded a bit rude with this post, but that's only because this whole situation reminded me on that AFx16 thingy. :D EDIT: Uninstaller script fixed. Re-uploading IP v0.9 Full Edition and uploading Lite Edition.

    heLLo! Never actually liked those TDU default light flares, so I've decided to update them with something different. Click on thumbnail(s) to see full picture(s). Since all cars are using same light flare, needless to say, all cars will be affected. Frankly, I'm a disappointed because Light_FX can only be saved as DXT1, hence quality is a bit low, as you've probably noticed. Either way, it's worth a try, IMHO.       ...and it's done. :D We already finished vintage billboards, but aren't 100% satisfied with them, so we are still in search for more adequate textures. :) However, they will most probably be included in the upcoming patch. What else is going to be in Patch 1975? 2CV is probably more qualified to talk to you about this project than me, so let's wait for him, shall we? :p

      No biggie, all necessary tests were done. :) I just need to adjust few more things and ofcourse make some screenshots. :)

      @edwin Added! :) @all Work on textures for v0.9 is finished. Installer scripts are done. Only thing left is to write uninstall scripts and this baby is ready for release! On 29.09.2010. that is. :p From v0.9, Island Paradise will be ''divided'' into to separate installations - Full & Lite. In addition to the usual stuff that Lite version have, as a bonus, Full version will have new GPS hud and TDU2 inspired GPS map. As we continue to go toward v1.0, Full version is going to get even more stuff. :D FYI, IP v0.9 - Full will have 428 scripts (installer+uninstaller), and I have to admit... I'm really tired. XD But it will be worth once IP is released to the general public. :p btw. I would need few volunteers so that we can test v0.9 - Full together later this day. Anyone interested?

      Island Paradise v0.9 will be avaible for download at 29.09.2010.! I'll mention just few highlights... working uninstaller script, numerous texture tweaks, updated readme file with F.A.Q's, custom made weather config, low res textures that are used in distance... and so much more, that I can't even start to write them all! If you somehow missed out to check versions prior to this one, be sure to not make the same mistake again! :p @mcmanus Like Mercedes said, please read couple of previous posts. Just incase, I'm just going to quote myself: :D @edwin Duuuuuude! :p I must admit, you got some talent, love what I've seen so far. Keep up the good work. :D New tropical birds are wonderful, not sure about that huuuge butterfly though. :) I'll replace it with vanilla pigeon if you don't mind? Flying papers are so much colorful and better now, great idea changing them. These new textures will most definitely be included in v0.9! ;)

          Ofcourse! Every bit of help is highly appreciated! ;) Tropical birds and butterflies you say? Sounds good, I'm really looking forward to see them in action. :) If you got some more free time at your disposal, feel free to experiment with other textures too. You can try to modify even the ones I've already replaced, I won't mind. I'll gladly include those textures as part of Island Paradise instead of my own if they are any good. ;) Good luck edwin and thanks once again for your help with this project! ;)

          ATI Catalyst Control Center or Nvidia Control Panel is already included as part of your graphic card driver. Look for it in Control Panel.
