  1. I agree, we need more RHD cars for this game (and most driving games actually!) so thanks soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much COMB@T_$HOTGUN for making this for us; now I can drive the way I would in real life, if I took my car to Hawaii ;P
  2. 900 degrees works fine for me - have you ever driven a real car, or watched someone driving round corners fast? The wheel goes round a few times, lol its not just left right!
  3. City Car Driving (google 3d Instructor) has a realistic 4 speed auto on the Toyota Corolla as and option (it lets you choose auto for to make it the automatic version and then you have P R N D 3 2 L gears - like the real car - or if you dont tick the automatic box its is a manual with clutch.) There is an option in the game settings for auto clutch. TDU2 should be like this. Also there is a Youtube vid of the auto Toyota.
  4. We need a big American classic like a 1970s Cadillac Fleetline Limo, and an Eldorado of the same vintage, and of course a 1950s Eldorado Coupe De Ville (kind of like in TDU1 where the had a classic Corvette and added 3 more in the mega pack!) And we also NEED a Rolls Royce of the 1960s-1970s. But they shouldn't bother with any of these if they cannot give us a realistic automatic gearbox with kickdown and shifting that is connected to the amount of pressure you put on the accelerator. Remember, that keyboard players will automatically get full acceleration, so for them it will always shift at red line unless they release the button, but for the rest of us (with game wheels) we can cruise at low RPMs and floor it to race. Also, I think the Rolls Royce should be availible in Ibiza and the Cadillacs in the USA (with the ability to pay for shipping from one place to the other). Classic luxury is what I'm talking about!
  5. You are the best TDU modder ever!!! And I really mean that!! I absolutely LOVE Volvos and I am so glad that I can now drive one the in the best driving sim to date! Thanks ever so much, you defo the man!! :D
  6. Thanks; what does +rep mean? :o Also, could someone make a toyota prius mod, WITH working digital speedo - I will pay $5 for it!
  7. I have now used TDUPE to do this, and now the Lexus has the real 0-60 of 5 secs instead of being like a posh Prius xD. I put the Nissan back to normal, and changed the LS600h to make it similarly realistic.
  8. that Ferrari (did I spell it right?) in the last picture looks a bit like a Aston DB5 in shape. :S
  9. Lol, thanks! Yes, I know acceleration speed suffers, but it's really for cruising cos it makes a good change from manual transmission (although manual is the best!). I have the Lexus GS with it too now cos that car has a CVT option in real life. The Nissan 350Z does not but it look a bit like / has the same dashboard gauges as the Nissan Altima which has CVT as standard.
  10. Not really a mod, but here goes: CVT is a transmission which is like an automatic, but it has no gears. This is how I emulated it in TDU - I will post a video/videos later. So far I have only tried the Nissan 350Z Nismo. 1. You need TDU Modding Tools 1.12 or later. 2. Open the vehicle editor on the Modding Tools and open the car you want to change to CVT. 3. On the physics tab change the gearbox to sequential the click set. 4. Change the number of gears to 1 then click set. 5. Change the gear ratio for 1st to 15 and the final ratio to 12. 6. Click set then save. DONE! Your first gear with act as Drive with the rpms gradually rising as your speed increases. So far I have reached 140 mph. :) I know its not exactly real because CVT stays at low RPMs, but its the closest we can have - and its great for cruising.
  11. Ordinary McLaren F1 (the one with the dials!) and an SLR and an F40. 8 am tommorrow pls.
  12. Super, I love AUDIs and I love luxury saloons. Just super!
  13. They could have Euro spec for Ibiza and US Spec for Oahu. And maybe the ablity to take cars with you when you go between the isles?
  14. Definately! I want to drive a Skoda Octivia! Just like all the Private Hire companies have here :D. ERm, lots of Volvos are needed and Saabs. Oh, Maybach 62S is a must-have and Rolls-Royce Ghost and Phantom Drophead Coupé. Mercedes S-Class too. Oh and 1st Gen. Toyota Lucida/Previa and Dodge Caravan or Chrysler Grand Voyager. MOST IMPORTANT! Realistic auto gear box, and a choice of the gearbox when you buy the car (based on real life) so that if a car is auto only like RR you can only drive it as auto and if manual only manual and if auto/tip then auto/tiptronic and if semi auto/dsg and so on. BUT a setting so that you can have the gearbox setup by realism or for those that like automatics the game will always choose the automatic for them and if its a manual only car then the game will do the clutch for them (shifting at redline for manual cars with auto clutch but realistic auto shifting (based on throttle amount) for cars that in real life are autos). Also, Citreon Picasso and Renault Espace would be nice, but only if their electronic speedometers work. In TDU1 the cars like Koenigsegg (spelling?) do not have speedometers in the dash view because they didnt seem to know how to make the electronic type instead of the needle type. That forces me to use the hud which makes it unrealistic and spoils it for me, meaning that I started to dislike those cars. Anyways thats my two bits. On another note can you use the fanatec gt3 wheel with ordinary two pedals or do you need the porsche pedals.
