    I do not know whether or not feasible.... but, you might use the means of replacing the warning sound, elements that sound comes out at the timing plausible (like onveryhigh.wav in 599_gto_high.bnk for example) .

Sound that we can put out, the only sound that is described in CarVSTConfig.xmb. I think that a sound elements of the sound, such as the over-rev warning has not been incorporated.
