Over the years, Fanatec has released an array of different sim racing products for a selection of platforms of which quite a few are compatible with each other. All Fanatec products are compatible with the Windows PC platform. However, some units are also officially licensed for use with eighter the PlayStation 4 or Xbox One consoles. The Fanatec Ecosystems lets you combine various wheelbases, racing wheels, and pedals, and also lets you add accessories such as shifters and a handbrake.   6. Today, Sony Interactive Entertainment and Polyphony Digital will deploy the November Update for their Gran Turismo Sport racing title on the PlayStation 4. Besides the usual fixes, improvements, features, scapes, and events, update V1.29 brings us 9 new cars and a new racing circuit. As usual, the added car list features some modern and classic racing machinery, while the new track brings us to Spain to race the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. The November update for Gran Turismo Sport is scheduled for November 6, 2018. The following is a list of contents included with Update 1.29: 1. The addition of nine new models, including Super GT cars from 2008. Longest Straight: 1047m The Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya opened in September 1991, a year before Barcelona hosted the Olympics. Located approximately 30km north of the famous Spanish city, it has become one of the most popular venues for motorsports events, including the Formula One Spanish Grand Prix. With a long straight and a large variety of tricky corners, the race track challenges both drivers and cars alike. Perhaps that's why the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya has become a popular test site for the world's leading automobile manufacturers and race teams. 3. The following two events will be added to the "GT League:" ■ MINI Challenge (Beginner League) MINI fans unite! This event is for the cute-but-quick MINI Cooper. ■ X2014 Nations Cup (Professional League) Which nation and which driver is the fastest of them all? Experience the excitement of the Nations Cup Final in GT League! Graphics Progress Report: Aston Hello Racers, In the August and September progress reports we talked about the new shadows and lighting system and showed pictures of the updates on the Blackwood and Rockingham tracks. All our tracks must be updated to use the new lighting system and some older tracks need more changes to bring them up to date. Aston is one of them and is the subject of this month's report. Eric has made various adjustments to the track and tightened some of the bends while keeping the original flow. We hope you enjoy the pictures!   14. Great news for Karting fans around the world. We did not expect it, but it seems that finally, the often debated Kartkraft Early Access version is becoming a reality. Studio Black Delta now officially confirmed that the Early Access version of their Kartkraft karting simulator will be available on Thursday, November 1st at 9.00am PST. The pricing has yet to be announced.
