This was certainly a challenge. Don't care for the alterations to the track, and cars with a lot of downforce doesn't suit my driving style. A mere 2:25.13, hoping to do better.

I expected even less from McLaren for the 2015 season since Honda were giving the rest of the field the advantage of having figured out how to make those horrible hybrid engines work. The rule changes regarding testing and development makes it pretty hard to do something about your overall package if you don't have a car with the potential for podiums/points going into round 1. Fingers crossed for more competition (and overtaking) 2016!

It's very light, with a V-tech engine. Used a very tall gearing and only needed three gears to reach top speed into the hairpin corner. I believe the V-tech should be the way to go for all those little vintage cars, very easy to drive since the lack of torque keeps it from lighting up the tires. A V8 Beetle might be fun to slide around Watkins Glen, but the PI just tells how much rubber and smoke will be produced in the corners :) --- Post Updated --- And I will check in tomorrow probably (about 12:00 CET) on the Xbox, am away for the evening with a bottle of wine. So I should get some kind of handicap if I show up for the race league ;)

Bowing out at 1.58.512 with a Beetle. Is it considered proof simply by having the same gamertag/turboduckhandle? Might require having a moderator in your Xbox friendlist? I struggled to find a smooth way of taking a Picture other than uploading a cellular phone pic.

Recently got hold of an Xbox 1 and forza 6, looking to something more besides rivals mode. Used to doing racing games with no driving aids and a controller, decently quick but no champion. Enjoys watching racing, especially MotoGP. When not gaming or watching racing you would typically find me playing bridge, listening to music or watching television. And once in a blue moon working.

Besides the obvious (clutch/gearbox upgrades) I'd recommend checking replays with the telemetry turned on.
