  1. Who?! You not getting it on 360? :(
  2. Hmm, clever indeed. ;P Atleast TDU players will know their way around half the game haha ;p
  3. When you say Lambo dealer, does it include signing that states it is Lambo, cos if the badge is in the game.... ;p I think you know where i think this is going. Twice as big as Ibiza I assume? Twice the size of old Oahu would be huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge :P
  4. This is a good arguement against posting things late at night :p Scenic Cruise 1 Hawaii features hawaii, an 7.0, but scenic cruise 3 is more Ibiza! :P
  5. Wtf.. I thought Ibiza was the main island, as in you would spend MOST of your playtime there? Tbh after seeing some videos of Oahu, I wish they left it out and used that disc space to put all the things from TDU1 back in. The roads on Oahu still are annoying, cos they have that huge hard shoulder, on mountain roads?! Btw, are the dealerships etc in the same sort of places? Like the houses and clothes shops too, same locations as "old" Oahu? Just wondered that for a while now:P
  6. Hmm, after reading that I am tempted to scoot across to game.co.uk and save myself £40. It doesn't help that I want other games too. :/ (and semi-limited budget)
  7. Yeah, but the S7 was very easy to drive fast with little to no practice, but to really drive it to the limits took a lot of practice and was sooo fun to rag around in, knowing 100% that noone on the roads could touch you! (That's how I felt in that car anyway :D) The Veyron will probably be a TON easier, thanks to the AWD system. (I.e, the point and go drivetrain ;P)
  8. Looks like everyones fears of that car getting included have come true then.
  9. I can't play games with that undertone to them unfortunately. :(
  10. That is so true! It's a simple thing though, fans will always support what they are a fan of, even if it's a bit crap. Fans with always find the good within the bad. End of.
  11. You have to decide that for yourself and yourself alone, it's your money, your time, and your enjoyment. If I had any doubt I wasn't going to enjoy the game, I wouldn't even risk buying it, but that's just me. I rarely take chances on games as I find myself very hard to please game-wise. I bought JustCause2 the other day, that game is totally not what I usually go after, but it's actually immense! I fear that when TDU2 comes through the door, I'll play it for half an hour, probably hate the physics and go back to JC2. Before anyone says it's ironic I would ditch TDU2 cos of the physics to play a game that has very very arcadey physics, there is a good reason. JC2 is an over the top crazy game, where as TDU2 is trying to immerse you in a "real world", where you are some sort of multi-millionaire car collector. ;p Watch some videos and read some non-biased reports. (Atleast try and take the bias out yourself :))
  12. You're still gonna have an epic head start, regardless of save game failure, simply cos your brain will surely remember where most of the stuff was. ;p Plus you will have a better feel over the new controls by the time most people get it.
  13. Not 100% sure tbh mate, I take everything Destra says (anyone affiliated with an official TDU2 body atleast) with a big grain of salt, expect nothing, and you can never be displeased! How far into the game did you get before your save corrupted? Cos if my save corrupted and I had done quite a lot of the game, I would be severely PO, to the point where I would give up and play TDU1 again, got back into playing it a while ago, but now my disc has given up on me, so I am hoping TDU2 will keep me from buying yet another copy of TDU. (In total I have purchased 4 copies of TDU, simply because the quality of the disc they used was poor, and very easily got a tiny little scratch that somehow manages to prevent the entire game playing. I have CD's that are from the 90's, scratched to hell and back, and they still play perfectly. (Not that I ever use them anymore ;P) Sorry, sorta got carried away with myself there, it's hard to stop typing... :O Edit: Don't try and blame my xbox for the disc chewing either, cos all 3 of my xbox's have done it, and only ever to TDU, every other game works perfect. :( (My first copy of TDU was the worst, it managed to split my disc in half, inside the xbox..)
  14. It's a PC pre-order bonus. :( (I think, feel free to correct me) If Destra did say that, he was probably passing on miscommunicated information. It's a shame so many cars are dropping out with so few days left to go.. No 458, no Tricolore, no whatever else nobody has noticed yet.. ^^
  15. Maybe some of those cars are "wrecks"? Cos on the VVV video, he came across a couple of wreck pieces on the hawaii cruise, so there must be more wreck cars than the 2 in Ibiza? The AC427 may well be a wreck car, given it's age. But it could just as easily be chillin' in some dealership somewhere. Edit: Remember to refresh threads when you come back to the computer. Thanks for the info tWm. :)
  16. I already have a vinyl layout planned specifically for when I get this car! :D At the end the physics show how bad they are when the Beetle understeers quite heavily, at 33km/h........
  17. If there is, I'll let you know! :D After seeing the VVV videos and a few other videos of supposedly the full retail game, I highly doubt that drifiting will be anywhere near as popular as it was on TDU(1). Shame really.. But atleast no "drift monkeys" will be able to annoy Diab anymore!:D
  18. Omg, the horn! I have heard that exact same horn somewhere before... ;p Anyone here who has played LFS should recognise that horn!!!! (Horn5 ;p if you kept the default sounds)
  19. I agree with Who, for one simple reason. McDonald's burgers look amazing, until you actually see it for real. Lmao.
  20. As long as they are my kind of biscuit, I'm happy! :) Yeah the GPS looks alot more realistic, I hope that's how it looks on the in-car GPS screens. Ps. My kind of biscuit is, ofcourse, chocolate digestive. :)
  21. Will they e-mail us if we get in? I signed up for it when I saw this thread, ages ago, just never posted. Or did I? I can't remember. The wait for TDU2 is going to be hard, but so far I have managed to avoid most of the previews and such. :) I don't want to know much before I actually play. It's made Red Dead Redemption so much more satisfying to play, when I didn't know anything about it, other than it was a western based GTA-style game.
  22. I find it a real shame that you allow a movie to influence your thinking of the R34 GTR, which is an amazing car any way you look at it. I'm not trying to change your opinion on the car, just saying that your reasons for thinking it's "gay and crap", are pretty pathetic. Peace out.
  23. TDU1 came out in Europe before USA? IIRC.
