Technically this is more of a 'What we know about the beta that we're allowed to share' thread, and is a good compromise between total censorship and NDA breaches left, right and centre. As for fizz, just because it has Beta in the title doesn't mean you know all about it's content. You could actually try reading up and realising that most posts are constructive commentary and speculation. Why not give 'actually reading' a go before you tar TDUc with the same brush as the TDU2 forums.

TDU for xbox was supposed to be released on launch of the 360 (November 2005) so even the 360 version was nearly a year late.

I can't be impartial as I own just the 360, but honestly, I think exclusives wise it's miles better than the PS3... I mean, on 360 we had 2 fully fledged forza games over the duration of GT5's development time. PGR games are fantastic to play, and whilst Bizarre have jumped ship to activision, the series is still alive... On PS3's side there's motorstorm and GT5 However, if you have a G25, I'd go for PS3, as they support the wheel. Microsoft have a fanatec offering, which I hear is good... but it's very costly, and there's no sign of G25 support going to Xbox. If I were you, I'd check for a second hand xbox, trade-in places are only offering £30ish for xboxes now the slim has come out, so you should be able to pick up an elite on the cheap.

Ditto, blown away by the whole episode. Senna was amazing, the toureg section was good, the supersports was just unholy in it's greatness, although besides the lap and it going maxed out, the rest was a bit deja vu, and SIARPC wasn't nearly as snobby as I expected it was going to be. This is what Top Gear should be!

It wasn't that you were talking about the beta that the posts were deleted, I think it was more the fact that your posts about the beta were in the wrong thread. In the news section there is a thread specifically for the beta discussion, however, the post I answered you in was in a thread about the website. Personally, I thought that after I cleared it up it was fine, but in the name of keeping it tidy another mod deleted yours and my posts As for the 2 missing posts, there must have been something wrong with your submissions, as when we delete a message, us mods can still see them. There are no posts of yours that have been deleted by us, or yourself.
