You're a little out of date there as both GM and Chrysler have been given aid by the US Government, Ford don't need aid at the moment but want help with cash flow (from what I remember) Also the price of oil is now below $2 in the US so at the Detroit show people were questioning will the American car buying public actually be interested in the 'greener' cars or will they stick to their traditional purchases Oh and what were you trying to argue or were you just trying to make a statement as I'm sure this has been discussed before when it first surfaced back in November last year

Rear bumper skin Rear section of exhaust possible realignment of rear underbody (rear longitudinals and back panel) and by the looks of things new boot mech as the boot has popped ! Well I was always hoping Tata would restart the 'F-Type' project ... I worked on the original one which appeared quite a few years ago now ... the problem it had was they were trying to make it all things to all men ... and that just doesn't work Lets hope they get it right this time Oh and btw Bentley isn't leaving the Arnage ... there's a brand new one out soon ... and it's a BEAST ! ... but thankfully still looks 'sort of' like an Arnage on and remember this was in Autoexpress ... their worse than Autocar for bad rumours and getting things completely wrong

Went on there for a 'bit' last night and did the first quest after playing some Forza 2 with the usual suspects The weather effects on the island are great it's not very big reading through some reviews ... I've only got to the island and done the first quest so haven't been exploring ... but it only takes 2-3 hrs to complete ... the only thing I've found so far is that my first hero, the woman (who was good and is now evil as I was completing the demon doors) has high experience and so the first dungeon was very easy ... but then I'm also using legendary weapons ! but there's lots of cool new items ... new clothes (knights armour & biker I've found so far ... oh and tart and assassin clothing that are in the shops!) ... some new dyes ... including Blonde and Ginger hair dyes ... new potions (fat/thin, tall/short) and supposedly new weapon augments (although I haven't got access to that shop yet) I'll most probs be on for a bit again tonight ... my usual time ... somewhere between 8 and 10pm

Knothole Island is now out ... there are 2 DLCs ... a free one and one you have to pay for it's about 530M in size ! basically the free one gives you some new items and allows you to still play coop with people who have downloaded the pay for download ... you don't get access to the new island though

Shadow - you read my post wrong ... when I meant upgrade a 360 I didn't mean another 360 I meant it's replacement and whatever that will be called ... sorry for the confusion RB - I know those sort of games exist on the Wii but as I've said before lots of times the Wii is more about the family aspect and although those games exist on the platform it's not the fundamental platform ethos. All the people i know (as in people not from this forum but friends from home/work/etc) that have a Wii wouldn't normally buy a games console but have a Wii because they like the part aspect of it Shadow - on the car front there does come a time when companies give up on parts but normally a 3rd party will make aftermarket bits ... one of the Alfa forums always has people searching for car parts! And I have no issue with the 'life' of a games console, especially as Tim says where if you want to still run it use something like ebay to get a new controller if it breaks

Well I don't think this is a bad thing ... why replace the 360 ? It's still selling very well, it has a large customer base and in my opinion the games are on par with the games for the PS3 ... as to what they'd upgrade to it would be stuff like a faster/more powerful CPU, a better graphics card/chip thingy, a bit more on board memory, a larger HDD and possibly changing the disc over to Blueray (I mention possibly on that one) ... but it won't make the games 'better' OK they'll be able to do fancier graphics but in my opinion games are now getting very close to the ultimate limit anyway (as in looking realistic, if a game wants to look realistic that is) just thing of all those parents breathing a sigh of relief at reading this that they doing have to buy their kid a new games console soon just because some company has decided to replace it in a predetermined life cycle When has a Wii ever been about serious games ? a Wii is about family & friends entertainment

That's something you'll never find out as it's kind of immaterial as it's not as if you can buy one from Ferrari ... well not until it's quite a few years old and then Ferrari may auction it but then it wouldn't be the cost to produce. As to how you could cost it ... well it would be VERY expensive, especially if you start including development costs, the manufacturing would be expensive as the majority of it would either be built on very expensive machines or by some bloke who is very good at his job and so costs a bit in hourly rate so you could say it's priceless as it's impossible to place a price on it

some previous F1 cars have had an 'intake' in the nose ... I think it's to cool the driver ... could be wrong tho it looks a lot like I'd thought it would ... sort of like a FW14B but with a modern shape main body I'll post pics of the rest of them as and when they get launched

OK thought I'd start a thread for the new cars as they're going to be radically different to last seasons So first out of the box today is ... The Ferrari F60 Notice the big low front wing, high narrow rear wing, slick tyres and lack of barge boards or wings on the side pods ... it's a very clean shape ... I guess we'll get used to the look at some point

there's another 2 car packs coming too according to the Criterion site Boost Pack - 2 cars with heavy boost ... 1st is a modded version of the 'hot rod' with a HUGE engine and exhaust ... 2nd car is secret at the moment Toy Cars - 9 of the burnout cars in silly 'cartoon' proportions
