sorry to tell you the bad news but the cars automatically fill up your houses ... might be in the order you bought them ... never checked to tell the truth. the only way to organise your vehicles is to literally fill them all up with vehicles and then you can swap them in the garage when you pull up th full vehicle list ... this works until you drive from one house to another and then take a car from that garage ... and the car you were driving stays in the new garage (I think) basically I gave up organising my car collection ages ago ... here's hoping TDU2 fixes this as all it requires is another variable on the car/house ... you don't need a rocket scientist to program that bit of code

Looks like they've taken a couple of the bi-pedal robots and stuck them together ... seen a few vids of bi-peds with the stability thing ... this looks like a test-bed for a robotic mule ... if any of you have been following the Darpa Grand and Urban Challenges they're trying to get an automonous vehicle up and rolling ... useful for a scout vehicle and also they plan to use them for convoys (perhaps with the lead vehicle being driven by a human). Oh this is cool along similar lines ... and more like an AT-AT (as an AT-AT is driven rather than being a robot) ... well actually more like the AT-TE from episode 2&3 as it has 6 legs rather than 4. http://www.defensetech.org/archives/001436.html I was trying to find pics of a human controlled walker from a few years ago (late 90s?) but can't remember who it was by, thought it was US mil. But my personal worry is about 'Skynet' being 'born' rather than the Empire rising up! ... and yes I am aware that someone in the UK Military thought it would be a laugh to name our system of military satellites Skynet!

Supposedly this concept is going to make it into Production as a limited run. Underneath it somewhere is a Vette ... supposedly with either 600bhp doing 0-60 in 3.2s or 700hp and 2.7s The 'production' version is going to be unveiled at the 'Top Marques' Show that's held in Monaco on the 24th April. For those of you who are not aware the show is for the Uber-rich and contains a lot of 1-off or limited run cars and more than a handful of custom mods for 'mass-production' cars

This is SO old ... haven't you ever heard of a chap called Dave Gorman? His first book/show was "Are You Dave Gorman" ... where he set out to find 54 other Dave Gormans after a drunken bet He then did "Dave Gorman's Google Whack Adventure" which came about from someone emailling him to tell him that his website was a Google Whack and so after another drunken bet tried to get a chain of Google Whacks where he would find a GW ... go and meet them and get them to find a GW ... etc DGGW was back in 2004! Read both books or catch the show somewhere ... they might have been released on DVD ... they're hillarious Oh and he recently did a thing called America Unchained where he tried to drive across America buying fuel & food and stopping in Motels that weren't part of any chain

Just finished watching it ... Go Lewis ... Ok time for some comments ... Yes Nige I'll agree with you Kubica could have got pole position if he hadn't gone wide, but he did and it's racing. As to Kimi it was actually a shame that he had the car problems in Quali And so to the race ... Lewis had a perfect race ... can't fault him or McLaren (Nige I'm a McLaren fan boy and not specifically a Lewis fan boy ... although having a British Driver in the team is much better ... Oh I used to be a Williams fan boy in the era of Nige and Damon ... although I was always a great fan of Senna) It was a shame for Kova ... bad luck with the safety car Webber just seems to have no luck in Australia does he!!!! Kimi showed that perhaps the cool Finn isn't cool under serious pressure Out of all the drivers I felt really sorry for Kubica ... such a great weekend with him for Quali and doing so well in the race ... looks like BMW could be a team to watch And my final comment ... I loved the comment Coulthard gave after his incident! Here's looking forward to next weekend ... I might watch that one live.

Well a few details for you ... It's off the Grande Punto platform and it sounds like initial engines are going to be from the FIAT ... however there is a rumourerd GTA version to come (could be using the uprated Punto Abarth SS engine?????) ... but knowing previous GTAs it should be loony (whatever happened to the Brera GTA that spyshots were shown of?) As to prices, Autocar thinks it's going to be 12k ... but that's guess work ... It'll be more expensive than the equivalent Punto that's for sure ... definitely something to give Mini a run for it's money ... I'd buy one if I was after a small hot hatch And now the bad news ... it's launched in June, with roll-out across Europe in July ... BUT UK release is unlikely till early 2009

Well me and Mellors were trying to work out where the island is ... we think it's across the bridge that isn't completed yet ... the entrance to the bridge is still in a building site, and it looks easy to change the enviroment there ... it's next to the car park going North from the Stadium ... if you go to the stadium you can see a partially completed suspension bridge stretching across the water to an island ... I'm just curious what's on the island!

Oh and the price drops take effect from this Friday (14th) S71NG3R - why do you want a large drive? The 'standard' 20G does 'most' people ... the only reason for the larger drive is if you're going to download Xbox Originals or Movie Rentals Nige - sorry mate don't get why anyone would buy an HD-DVD player/add-on now ... it's Dead Technology ... Blueray has won ... admit it ... the industry has ... and that's one of the reasons why eventually I'll have a PS3 to sit next to my 360 ... but I think my 360 will still be my main games machine
