completely seemless ... well depends on how many games you want to install to your hard drive ... and if you want to download Originals and lots of arcade games or you buy lots of DLC so far I've got Fable2, TDU, MCLA, SC4, Forza2, GTA4, Burnout Para installed on my drive and I've got 65G or there abouts free if it's still cheap in Argos then might be worth getting ... I'd been thinking about it for a while ... which normally means I go and do it!

No I don't build cars ... I work for an engineering design consultancy and one thing I've done a lot of is computer simulation of car crash tests. So I know a 'little' about cars and how they're built. I've also worked on lots of non-car stuff too. As to how are things going ... badly ... the recession is hitting hard and it's only going to get worse at the current rate if it lasts a while. I've no idea about Hydrogen powered cars ... never studied much about engines ... worked on a few electric vehicles in my time though, but only on the structure side and not the powertrain

Hi mate, how's things?

I quite like it ... Well I was a kid that grew up playing Tekken and Ridge Racer down the seafront ... that's the reason I bought a Playstation ... then Soul Calibur / Soul Edge came out and I got into them ... loved the whole weapons thing. The new one is great, still trying to work out the whole 'critial finish' thing !, and also the character creation ... but liking it so far ... done all the stories for the main characters, just need to do all the unlockable ones now, and then worry about the Tower ... tried to play online last night and got completely and utterly thrashed !

I'm not doing too bad ... the Alfa is going great ... still enjoying it, especially now the roof works. Might pop to Snetterton this bank holiday as there is Alfa racing there and so a crowd is going and I think I'm free at the moment so it should be a good blast up the country lanes. As to the Mini, well it's a well put together car and very safe in a crash ... I used to have some pictures of the euroNCAP crashed Minis at my prevous company from when I went to a euroncap event ... but I don't like the car that much as I'm a bit of a purist when it comes to Minis ... I think the problem is it's such a poor modern version, especially as the old Mini I could get 4 adults in and the new one ... well you can't, which is rediculous when you consider it's size ... there are a lot better cars in terms of their use of space. Sp what are you considering? If you need any advice ...

no (touch wood) the Alfa is running well at the moment ... even starting to get better fuel comsumption out of her ( for some perverse reason Alfa engines always improve with some miles on the clock ) I actually posted a pic of her in the Auto section under my Classic Car Thread ... oh and in my photo album on my profile

Well I don't think he's in any club, not his sort of thing as far as I'm aware. I know it was in some competition thing and they put the cars up on platforms and in doing so it damaged his front skirt and also that him and the mate he went with got back to the car and started cleaning it after it had been judged! The mate wasn't happy in the slightest. Well if it's a Blue TF with a Blue roof and looks like one of the last to roll out of Longbridge then it's his ... oh he's got carbon fibre trim on the interior! ... I keep on asking him when he's getting the neons to go underneath it!

So did you and Shar go to the MG Fest? A couple of mates went yesterday ... in a Blue last gen TF with a blue roof ... entered into some show and shine type competition.
