What I would do is to have like a animated destruction font like they do in Horror films where the text flashes a bit. Would look awesome to be honest.

The biggest signature I've made is 450 width x 150 height and this goes for most graphics forums I visit. I don't think there is a need for 500 width, and I don't see a height being a problem? I always thought wide signatures were the problem. But I can work with making signature 400x100 :)

That is a very nice attempt King, you can easily spot the theme, you can see the destruction in the background and as a kind of reflection in the mask eye lids, good job. www.dafont.com There is a category 'Destruction' I think, have a look there for some fonts.
