  1. I found this on another forum I visit but they were not sure if it was good for the console or not, but as you's say its fine on the 40gb but on others it makes it over heat apparently
  2. Well if that is what her said its good news that its on its way, shame about how long they rekon it will take but then at least they aint going to rush it. But then he could be saying that to throw us off the scent Good find Diablo
  3. Good find Hybrid, there a some very good cars up for austion there. I can't seem to work out why they are selling them, I would have thought they would be in a ferrari/car museum somewhere
  4. Happy Birthday Dodgem, hope you have a good one. Like the bike. All your singing can't be that bad, I managed to sleep all the way through it!!!!!
  5. Its sorted now know why I've been banned, just have to wait for it to be lifted now.
  6. How did you sign up. I signed up on R* website thats why I get stuff about manhunt, tabble tennis, Midnight Club, etc. Check your spam as it might be in there mine was to start with. cmm thanks for doing that mate, I'm trying to avoid that thread now as someone has posted stuff thats been leaked and not info that R* wanted us to know, I wonder who that was Shadow?? :p
  7. well it looks like I've got a 7 day wonder http://forums.forzamotorsport.net/forums/thread/879409.aspx I've posted another reply so those who look at it now wont see it as it has to be approved. Out of curiosity on FM.net forum do you have to get to a certain post level before the mods have to stop approving posts or is it just the section I'm posting in??
  8. R* Propaganda has emailed me again and heres the latest (Iknow its not laid out properly I'm in a rush and will sort it later): ************************************************** ** WARNING GTA Website contains themes of an adult nature that are not suitable for people under the age of 18 ************************************************** ** Information and exclusive screenshots unveiled for all Team Modes and Race Modes. 10. Just went to post a thread and this has come up: Post Pending Moderation You have posted to a forum that requires a moderator to approve posts before they are publicly available. If the administrator has configured this forum to support email notifications you will receive an email when your post is either approved or denied (if you have emails enabled in your profile). Return to the Troubleshooting forum Just doesn't seem its my night tonight on FM. I spose this may be a good thing as a mod will read it first so I may get a quicker response
  11. I've tried restarting the box and still get the same. I've done some searching on FM.net and found if you get banned the waning is this it has something like you have banned due to violation of Xbox Live Terms of Service, mine does not say this. I found this email ad [email protected] and says to email with any problems so I might send them one. I'm trying to think of how to word it now. Only trouble is that I don't know how long it takes them to reply. also if this is a ban it would be my 1st offence so it would be a 7 days before I get AH back. Thanks for quick reply Diablo
  12. Went on forza earlier and went to go into the auction house but got a message along the lines of the following: Warning! There is a problem. The service is temperly unavailable or you are banned. See forzamotorsport.net for more details. Well I've been on FM.net and I can access the auction house there and see 2 of my cars have sold and 2 have not. I have no messages saying I've been banned and can't find anything out about it. I have not been selling any cars that may offend or have any prohibited content. I checked the official forum and over on forza central there are no threads about it not working so it must be. Does anyone know what may have happened and if I have been banned who do I contact to get unbanned or find out why I was. Thanks in advance Nodz
  13. its probably got a load of sensors and probes and stuff for the data its collecting from the LHC combine that with all the number crunching (as the particles are small the numbers after the decimal place probably wont start for millions of places) and scientists from around the world using it.
  14. #its just like kareoke, but its sung by people called barry#
  15. This system is surrently used buy very inteligent scientists needing vast amounts of data about an experiment that they are doing. Below is a bit from there website about what the grid is used for: Now for those who want to know what LHC is, it is basically a big scientific experiment in which they are recreating the Big Bang.
  16. That must have been Baldreds best race last night, very close finish.
  17. I know I think I was caught up in a few incidents last night. Like I said in the other thread I have no idea how I never got hit when I spun out in the F40. Edit: I don't think I saved that replay. Can you or is there a way of downloading Vids off youtube or is that a bit dodgy?? I'll be on tonight
  18. I have no idea how I missed being hit by you and khevo in the F40 race, especially you that was well close. If it had taken any longer for me to get into reverse or you braked any later that could have been alot worse.
  19. Thats looks the nuts, don't see why there is a smaller spoiler option.
  20. Unlocking The Internet Of The Future By Sky News SkyNews - Thursday, April 10 09:27 am The internet, as we know it, could be obsolete within a decade. Forget dial-up; forget broadband: The future, it seems, is The Grid. It's the brainchild of CERN, the European Organisation for Nuclear Research based in Geneva. It's there that Sir Tim Berners-Lee first invented the internet, so it's appropriate that the next stage in its evolution should emerge there. But what is the Grid? In fact, it is a spin-off from another major research project. For several years, the particle physicists at CERN have been building a device called the Large Hadron Collider. Knowing they would need massive processing capability to cope with the data from the new device, the scientists set about integrating thousands of computers all around the world. Professor Tony Doyle, technical director of the project, says: "We need so much processing power, if all the computers were here at CERN there would be a problem getting enough electricity to run them. "We had to have a new network powerful enough to send the data instantly to research partners in other countries." That network of linked computers - connected by superfast fibre-optic cable and combining together to act as one giant super-computer - is the Grid and, one day, it won't just be for scientists. We'll all be connected to it. It's not actually a new principle. SETI@home is a programme for PCs which is helping to analyse the data of the Arecibo radio telescope in Puerto Rico. It's been downloaded by half a million public-spirited people who allow the spare processing power of their personal computers to be used remotely by the astronomers to number-crunch their scientific data. But while SETI@home runs on private PCs and over existing telephone cables, CERN's Grid uses fibre-optic links to dedicated resources in major computer centres and can therefore handle much more complex calculations. The long-term possibilities for home entertainment are immense. It's estimated that connection speeds could be 1,000 times faster than current broadband capabilities. Imagine being able to download feature films in the blink of an eye, or the entire Beatles back catalogue in less than a second. Grainy webcam images would be replaced by crystal clear pictures and sound, and video gaming would be transformed. According to Professor David Britton, a leading figure in the Grid project: "With this kind of computing power, future generations will have the ability to communicate in ways older people like me cannot even imagine." And there are also medical applications. It's already been used to help research anti-malarial drugs. Researchers used the Grid to analyse 140 million different compounds - a process which would have taken 420 years to complete on a conventional internet-linked computer. The Grid might soon be used to help unlock the secrets of the human genome. CERN has produced a flash movie to explain the project's evolution.
  21. But the past few nights on the box you have admitted you are tempted to get one but you would not openly admit to owning one if you were to buy one.
  22. I know you said you had a big house, but I didn't realise how much land you had aswell. Very nice place
