The retired Formula One champion drove the cab back to the airport himself after a trip out to the village of Gehuelz, near Coburg in southern Germany, left the family short of time to make their flight home, the Muenchner Abendzeitung newspaper reported. "It was crazy having Schumi driving, with me in the passenger seat," the taxi driver was quoted as saying. The reason its not in all countries is that unlike the U.S all the countries that make up europe have different rating systems for media content, for instance in Germany you can't release anything to do with the war iirc. all of europe should get it eventually

It has slowed mine down especially when browsing the friends list, but i like the way the dashboard fades out when you switch off or boot up a game

By Sky News SkyNews TV presenter Jeremy Clarkson has been questioned by police after he wrote in a national newspaper about confronting a youth who was pestering him. The Top Gear star explained in his Sunday Times column that the incident took place outside the Xscape sports complex in Milton Keynes, where his youngest daughter was celebrating her birthday. Clarkson had stepped outside for a cigarette when he was confronted by a gang of teenagers, who began to pester him and followed him when he tried to walk away. "And so, figuring that attack was probably the best form of defence, I grabbed the ringleader by his hoodie, lifted him off the ground and explained, firmly, that it'd be best if he went back to his tenement," he wrote. "I was standing there holding this boy by the scruff of his neck, and instead of worrying about being stabbed I was actually thinking: 'Jesus, I'm going to get done for assault if I'm not careful.' "I therefore put him down, and in a flurry of swearing and hand gestures involving various fingers he was gone." The children began filming the November 23 incident on their mobile phones, although the footage does not appear to have made it onto the internet. Thames Valley Police said they received a call from a 14-year-old girl informing them a man had been abusive towards her friend. But when officers arrived at the scene and spoke to witnesses it became clear the girl was part of a group who had earlier been warned by security staff about their behaviour. A spokesman said: "Mobile phone images were viewed, as well as CCTV footage, and it became apparent that, if any offence had occurred, it was the man who was the victim." Clarkson was later interviewed at his home in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire, but did not wish to make a complaint or provide a statement. The police spokesman added: "There is no evidence that a crime took place and therefore there will be no further police action."

Video game giants in $18bn merger By Rory Cellan-Jones Technology correspondent, BBC News The companies behind Call of Duty and World of Warcraft are merging in a deal which could shake up the global video games industry. Activision and Blizzard have said they will form "the world's most profitable games business" in a deal worth $18.8bn (£9.15bn). US-based Activision also makes hit console games such as the Tony Hawk series and Guitar Hero. Nine million people pay a monthly subscription to play World of Warcraft. 'High-growth industry' Blizzard is the biggest player in online gaming and World of Warcraft is the global market leader of what are known as massively multi-player online role-playing games, or MMORPGs. It is currently owned by the French media group Vivendi. As part of the merger plan, Blizzard will invest $2bn in the new company, while Activision is putting up $1bn. The merged business will be called Activision Blizzard and its chief executive will be Activision's current CEO Bobby Kotick. Vivendi will be the biggest shareholder in the group. Jean-Bernard Levy, Vivendi chief executive, said: "This alliance is a major strategic step for Vivendi and is another illustration of our drive to extend our presence in the entertainment sector. "By combining Vivendi's games business with Activision, we are creating a worldwide leader in a high-growth industry." Blizzard is strong in Asia, where its Starcraft series has proved hugely popular.
