    I advise against modding the billboards ... some experienced modders have tried the billboards and TDU crashes. So, if you really want a go, make sure TDU logs you into an Offline account first, when you're testing, just so you can make sure they work :)

    It is pretty easy (function wise) it just takes time to actually make it (once you know the basics of Vegas). But to get it perfect to the music is a time muncher! I've watched this video about 6 times and I never get bored :p

    You'd be able to put GT strips on it if that's what you mean :) Also, you can make your own wheels with the tutorial in the main 'Mod Shop'
