  1. MadMax, simply because the black paint job combines amazingly with the depressing weather effects. Good job.
  2. CptDark, it's only complicated because Iced makes it like that. If he just said, lets turn up and race from here to here it'd be so much easier and there'd be less hassle. =P But yeah, I can't do PotW due to the pixelation *cough*. But this'll be awesome ^.^
  3. Why youtube and google? You should just download the High Quality version he's doing or you'll be staring at a pixelated paradise, an insult to the effort he put in. No? Also, 100th post.. yada yada.
  4. Hey look, an event I might be able to do. ^^
  5. Quick call the police! That whole highway is full of people going the wrong way!! Oh wait nevermind. *grumble* Americans should learn to drive on the left.. pfft *grumble*
  6. Dude that's awesome! HL2 ftw. Where'd you get the Wallpaper?
  7. Lol. Taking credit for my find eh? Psh.
  8. Just a question shadow, where'd you find out about the Vista Inspirat from?
  9. I had it like that since I got my computer, and it's developed as I got more games and software.. Originally it was a triangle in the top left corner with everything. Now it's games on the right, software on the left. :)
  10. Yeah I went back to MCE, I might install the Vista Insiprat again soon though. Also, I can't sort out my start bar. I'm running a ATI card, only the newer nVidia cards with nView technology can get the task bar to extend across the 2nd monitor. It's not bad finding 2560 x 1024 images to be honest, just type that in on google and up comes a bunch of stuff. I also managed to find some 3840 x 1024 images for people with triple monitors. Insanity.
  11. Time to revive this thread, here's my desktop. -- OLD IMAGE REMOVED (imageshack) --
  12. He called you a moron and you're getting up tight about it? Calm yourself Iced.. Also, your mom checks up on what you're saying on the forums? O.o
  13. LMAO Speed. You're both wrong, because Easter has fallen the earliest it has fallen for many years; Easter Day is between our "half-term" week and our "Easter break" 2 weeks. Just a FYI.
  14. Probably because Iced is a complete moron. *cough* I mean, he's dyslexic. Nah he's not, he's just lazy. Ignore me. Also, back on topic. Keep my reservation there, depending on how much I spend on miscellaneous crap to eat and drink at college, I should be able to buy 4GB DDR2 PC2-6400C4 800Mhz ram, an nVidia 8800GT and a 650W PSU. So, once I've got that I'll no longer be playing at 800x600 and still running at like 5-10 fps. I'll come and pwn you people into the floor with my awesomeness. Also, the new idea for multiple routes is a good one. It'll inevitably require time and effort spent to determine which routes are quicker for each individual course. Naturally, me being the lazy type. I'll just use the GPS  Anyway.
  15. I love this signature. You gotta win =D Also, 67.5% of all statistics are made up on the spot.
  16. Twisty mountain roads? I just don't like driving on twisty mountain roads, period
  17. Wow, that's a new one for me. :)
  18. Car_Freek is GMT+8? It's unusual to get people from GMT+ areas. I'm used to working with anyone from GMT-5/6/7/8 (North and South American Timezones). Where's CarFreek from then? THe only countries in GMT+8 is China, Northa Korea and Western Australia... http://www.worldtimezone.com/
  19. What time will it be? Well to compensate for the time zone loss that some people have, just start it at like 10pm GMT. We can go on into the night and go to bed whenever it finishes, that way it starts at 2pm for GMT-8 (far west USA timezone) people and they can eat their lunch then play after, we can eat our dinner and play after. All's fair.
  20. Iced it's not majorly photoshopped at all, just a little saturation which IMO made the pic look awesome. There is still some colour, but it's hardly noticable since the eye is focusing on bright colours on the lights, it doesn't recognise the duller colours of the trees and signs. But you can see it.
  21. Love the way you got random colours on your spreadsheet, I can't understand that at all. You gotta explain it to me in IT since I'm evidently a moron. =]
  22. I introduced you both to the game, and about a month later I quit as an in-game moderator and forum moderator there. Also stopped playing since it got a little boring because 80% of my alliance started playing WoW and I just really didn't want to. I make you play and then I quit, oh the irony. Also, the games I'm playing right now is virtually non-existent. CS:S BF2 TC:E TDU Oh the acronyms  EDIT: You know, the best idea for this thread would have been "link everyone to your xfire miniprofile so they can see what you play without you listing it for them"... so here's mine: http://www.xfire.com/profile/suio/ Also, when you look at my gaming history. Consider the fact that I have only been logging into Xfire since about the end of September. :)
  23. Sensei

    Hey

Welcome to the TDUC forums, we don't bite.. O.o
  24. The memory size doesn't matter much, of course it matters but not to the extent you would imagine. What you want to look for in a gfx card is the Core clock speed and the memory speed, also the amount of anti-aliasing it is capable of and the pixel shader model. The newer nVidia GeForce 8800GT, GTS and GTX cards are capable of 16x AA, they have Direct X 10 support and 4.0 pixel shader model. Along with (non-overclocked) a clock speed of 2GHz. Wow? But in answer to your question, you computer will surely handle the game on maximum resolution and graphical settings that are available, I'd even suggest using the nVidia console to upgrade the default AA to 16x is your cards support it. Have fun.
