I listened to Driver 2 soundtrack today :D It was one helluva game! I think the "shift" feature is all good, they can concentrate on the driving now without any need for walking animations and guns and that stuff. Also makes the PEGI rating lower which means the little kids who want open world driving like GTA can get this instead and it could be good in terms of sales. I dunno. 1 thing's for sure: they'll sell at least 1 copy :D

I CAME UP WITH 2 THINGS! :D 1. There has to be a way to change the colour of the interiors after buying the cars, for example the Spyker Aileron Spyder looks great with a black interior (as seen in the DLC mission). Maybe an own workshop for that? Maybe there could be a way to paint them in your own colours as well? In TDU1 this could be done in the regular paint shops, which leads me to my second point... 2. Make factory colours available at the sticker shop! Sometimes you just can't help noticing that your car is the wrong colour after buying it *cough-casino cars-cough*. But you can't repaint it in the factory colours! You just gotta do your own replica and that is kinda dumb. For example, I loved buying classic cars in TDU1 and they sometimes were in odd colours and if that happened, I repainted them with the FACTORY COLOURS, not my own replicas!

Oooh, nice! I just hope that it won't be like that when the DLC cars come, there's a huge dealership with just 2 or 3 cars for sale in it.

Which is a good thing...:rolleyes: The handling model is all good for a game that's played with a pad (I've seen much worse handling models). Surely you weren't stupid enough to expect TDU2 to be a sim?

It's really sad to see how many players have already given up hope on TDU2. I can personally live with the handling model as I play on a pad anyways but a real Hardcore Mode would definitely not hurt. I can personally live with the bugs as I try to ignore them and hope they'll get fixed and fixing them is not bad at all. I can personally live with the crappy sounds as I usually listen to music anyways but making better sounds would be a good thing for the players who don't. *sighs* I just hope Atari/Eden don't do the same thing, give up :( Oh, and I'm putting my money on Driver SF instead of DiRT3. Anyone with me? No?

I still have faith in them, they're just testing me. I think TDU2 has so much unused potential that could be fixed with patches that I voted for the patch option :)

I would have started playing it again if that would have been in the "New Features" instead of "Fixed bugs" :rolleyes: They have to be aware of the situation that making money is impossible, but they are probably just laughing there being all like "BWAHAHA, we'll release awesome cars as DLC but nobody will be able to afford them!" At least the new cars are free ingame. I will NOT grind that stupid 20k race anymore...
