    surely the definition of beta is variable and dependant on the content dictated by the developers? what you get - how long for - how many are involved - where those involved will play etc. concrete terms for "beta" beyond an example of 'playing the game with the intention of supplying feedback' isn't needed for such a vague word in my book...

    well nbp have already confirmed the game will go ahead in sept - diab confirmed this in the tdu2 announced thread. 21 and 24 /09/10 are still pretty safe bets considering...

    having the car while not having the license would also lock you out of your game save meaning you'd have to restart. dtuman told me about this ingame - i'd said i'd never seen it happen either. if anyone see's anything like this again it would be good to have a photo to back it up :)

    2 and 1/2 hours is a full day on tdu2 - that's a little over ten times faster than real life. if you put the date on the game tdu2 is gonna end up riding off into the future in no time. or are you suggesting that the ten days you move through for one of ours are all the same date? there may not even be clocks - just the position of the sun...

    here's hoping they update the body work of the mclaren gtr to the 96 shape. would be a good way to differentiate from tdu1 plus i think the 96 is the sexiest version lol i'm also assuming some f1's will be in the new game even if it isn't fact yet - ears to the ground eh? :)

    i agree - it sounds like his facts may be a little mixed here unless he can supply a source on the gtr and/or lm also being club exclusives...

    nail on the head - if the trailers were 'gameplay trailers' they would have been pulicised as such... i like the 2nd trailer better - i agree it shows very little in the way of anything new but as far as capturing the imagination goes it does more for me than 90% of trailers for any other games... i gave it a 9 :)

    radial blur - it was for the peripheral areas of the screen while moving... motion blur could be describing a completely different effect - that of cars blurring as they drive past you at speed... perhaps?

    i'm guessing there will be the normal video presentations on E3 on xbox live when it happens. maybe a list of other places and sites that are likely to report on the show could be started? 1st hand reports i mean - stuff that isn't just hearsay...
