Its never nice to lose your job, but lets be honest here. Eden have created a pretty sub-standard product here and it makes good business sense to get rid of staff who are responsible for that or not capable of improving it. Its a shame though that Atari are too blind to know that and are most likely cutting the team because of their own poor management.

Yep Dubai would get pretty boring fast even if they used the rest of the UAE. Apart from unfinished buildings, cranes, sand and labour camps there is much to give varied scenery. Even the Sheikh's road in the Empty Quarter wouldn't enhance it that much.

Just 2? Sheesh ;) #1 Smoother roads on Oahu. SO many cool drives/race have been ruined because of the 'steps' in the blacktop and invisible edges on walls. #2 Easier to make good money (without going to the casino) so I can buy all the nice cars and houses.

I'm still going to hang around for a while just to see if any of the unused potential can be realised. Its a real shame that Oahu has really only had a slight texture and colour overhaul. Especially when they could have improved the road quality to a similar standard to Ibiza's, which is sweet. I don't care about new multilayer race events or even if the Roulette gets fixed. Some new and well modelled cars will do me fine. Because as T. said we've proved with TDU we have more than enough imagination to amuse ourselves on the 'new' Islands

Are the DLC going to be "108s"? I'm seeing an increasing number of hacked cars, whether they're partly finished or finished. A couple of Bristols and FXXs, 458s... etc It going to be real annoying if we're charged for what is already in game (in some form) especially if so many people are taking them for nadda. I'm not talking about the PC version here, because hacking goes on there no matter what. But the consoles should be more secure/mangeable and as far as I can make out this game has been hacked/modded (on the 360) more than any other I've played. :-x I'm happy to pay more money for new content, but to pay for something that is nothing more than an unlock code is going to be pretty stale imo. The pre-order cars are one thing because the most efficient way to release them is via an unclock, so I paid for them. :eek:

If I was going to get a sports car, 911 would be my first choice even above a Vantage. But Porsche really need to change their slogan to "Same same, but different"

TDUCK club cars inaugural outing: Was hard to get Spade to sit still, so this was the best shot I managed :D Just saw something interesting a few mins ago: Sent him a message so I was able to get a better shot... asked how and then thought, probably better not to know. :rolleyes: Would love to have it though because it does look amazing :(

My Veyron SS isn't tuned at all and its rarely a disadvantage for me. :) Had an awesome time helping with the last few races to get L2 last night. The Weismann and Lotus are sweet little cars. Shame the Weismann's roof doesn't work though. I'll vote for that one to be in black or a very dark silver :) I actually prefer the Speed races though, i find that they're not so disastrous if you get wrecked. And the whole team score is used, so it often doesn't matter if you're not at the front. Think it'll be a little less of a chore trying for the next 90,000 points ;)

Thanks guys! Took some more after the rain, but only 1 of the 5 extracted :( Looks like I'll be going for a full photo save delete again tomorrow.

TDU2s file system is weird... despite deleting over 20 pics (ingame), they were still in the save file when I extracted them. I took a load more last night but they weren't extracted even though the deleted ones still were. I ended up deleting the entire photo's save file from the HDD and started from scratch all over again. This is what I've done so far: Ibiza is a stunning place:

The only problem I have with the casino is the sound glitch that means you can't hear the dealer or anything else at the table... Just the ambient sounds. Oh that and even though I'm L3 in the tourney, the game won't let me buy the Spyker Spyder :(

Nope, because I met the same guy a few times now. His car bounces exactly the same way the glitched cars did/do in TDU.

Saw my first and raced against a glitched car yesterday. Was a Zonda Tricolore and it wiped the floor with my Veyron SS. Don't know what it was tuned as, but it drove way better than it should. Plus it was bouncing all over the place on the start line, just like the glitch cars did in TDU. I thought they would've found a way to remove or restrict exploits like this in TDU2.

The charger looks better then I imagined it would. ...but the Stratos looks alot worse. Hopefull thats just because of the stupid white paint job and poor camera angles. Not looking forward to hunting them down though... unless we can organise a hunt cruise at some point!? :D

or that many roads where you can actually drive 300mph!

I've not needed to yet. My untuned one can beat everything else in a straight line, even all the other max tuned Veyrons. Plus I've got a good technique to get past the gear box lag off the start line. :p

I've only driven the 500 in the wet... and it was way tail happy. Not an easy drive thats for sure

Anyone been on recently, everytime I go to the club, no ones there. Would be cool to do some events with again. Missed a few invites a week or so ago, but haven't seen anything since then. ;)
