    You don't need Modding Tools to install a mod into the game, just copy and paste it in the Test Drive Unlimited/Euro/Bnk/Vehicules folder, after making backups of the originals. ;)

    There is no 1.68 patch, it's called 1.66A and you can download it here. You need it to play online and I think it has fixed sound bugs for some users. ;)
