Maybe so, but some of the rooms do have lights turned on (bad quality vid) and it's more realistic than driving around in the dark, then going into a house with full sun coming in through the windows. Don't forget that cars and street lights don't come on with the night-mod, so it's a little pointless making that complaint ^^^ :)

um - 2 things 1 - What happened to Sig Pics - did I miss something? 2 - minu - How is NFS12? is it worth the price tag?

The games that last forever are the ones that allow you to have your own servers - case in point - NFS Hot Pursuit 2 - I think you can still find quite a lot of servers running for that depending on the time of day (sometimes independant of that - people racing at 4am in USA when I play it). If Atari could give us one more patch that allows us to make our own servers, choose how many players can connect (more than 8 perhaps), and while you're at it fix the clubs and give us a few more cars for free (Car Pack #6?). That could boost the lifespan if we use our own reliable PCs as servers to host cruises with 10 or more friends - don't ask me since I have an Australian Internet connection) :)

I thought MC4 was coming to PC - darn - I was nearly looking forward to that more than NFS12 (which I don't even know if I'll get it at all yet)

Yeah - whoever's available on the day we decide to film it - could be today for all I know, although LFs PC is in ruins atm sortof. Spose I could film it if it came to that - but I'm at the point where I don't know if my PC still freezes or not - have to wait it out and see if it does or not - it's definately more stable though

We can always start the other events and come back to one that we've missed - event one is still open - and you haven't done it yet as far as I can remember

I'm just about in the same boat as Iced - haven't had a properly good cruise in ages - even when i do get online there's nothing. Everytime you join someone they disappear - and I have a stash of other games that I haven't finished yet. I'll keep playing it of course - but I won't be on it every night like I was a long time ago. If anyone does make a new mafia cruise - be sure to invite me :)

Yeah he might comply - but seeing that he's finally got his PC working just when yours has stuffed up, that could still be a problemo :) We have all the volunteers we need - it's just arranging a time and hoping we can all conect (sure it's not too hard to get 5 people together) :) Catch up with you all later - hope you guys like the rest of my script for the Arrival when Pt 2 comes out

Haven't updated it in a while - I do use x64 now, since I have a faster Internet connection to download all my drivers and updates and stuff again in 64-bit architecture

I only reformatted due to having faulty hardware and not settings up things properly before while I knew it was faulty - I actually work in IT and know all about how to look after stuff - my expert profile is here.

We'll have to wait and see (got my CPU back and I'm re-installing Windows for something like the 50th time this year). I just have to convince myself that your mods will look better on my PC than those pics you've put up. My PC just suddenly reset and I was scared that it still wasn't fixed - it was just XP setup restarting from phase 1 to 2 - phew. I expect that this PC should never freeze or suddenly restart ever again.

Well some of us actually use our brakes - we're not all n00bs in S7's :) Also I don't want to be sending infinate ICR's to others in the area - I pretty much never use that feature anymore. It's rumored that all this stuff will be in the next TDU2 (which is a rumor in itself) so hopefully we'll get it this decade :)

Yeah I know what you mean - my main idea was that a dev would be more likely to get upset at someone who uploaded a large portion of their work than just tiny useless tid-bits

When you have everything sorted, try putting the new road lines on the original road surface - it's the best of both worlds. Kudo's for working out how to change the road surface and all that, but it's still fair to say it's not at the same standard as the original and probably looks reminiscent of the original Test Drive game :) Iced - surely you'd just get them to reinstall TDU rather then upload those huge files (let alone I don't think it's legal to upload those files)
