CSL and CSR were different lines I think. Mine wasn't mentioned at all. I thought it would be more popular at the time because it supported PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 so I could use it with both Gran Turismo and Forza. I was able to get it working with PS4 as well.
That said since I moved house 2+ years ago it hasn't come out of its box and I've done all my driving with a Xbox One gamepad.

Doesn't seem like my CSR Elite wheel is supported.

I decided to pick up NFS The Run for $4.45 as it was never available as part of the Origin Access subscription that I occasionally get.
I know the game reviewed poorly but a number of the tracks were very good fun imo and reminded me a bit of much older racing games I played in the 1990's - only with much-improved graphics. I also found the gamepad physics/handling to be fun - better than the Criterion Games style.

Former game director Paul Rustchynsky has clarified that the game will be delisted due to a standard 5-year licence deal expiration which is not related to the studio shutdown. Of course, if Sony can't sell the game any more, you can understand why they might terminate online services for it.
Paul also clarified that any content you already own can still be downloaded from the store (i.e. if you replace your console) - the delisting simply means you can no longer purchase the game or DLC.

Yes there is a lot you can do in this game if you like exploration and gathering all the things and building. Multiplayer is already available but I never got around to trying it. I'm guessing the future online update will bring something along the lines of competitive and cooperative multiplayer missions, etc. Maybe also clans of some sort.

Balanced overview of all the updates leading up to this point for any who have missed it

As fun as running 64 AI at 5 frames per second (on an old CPU) is they do have a point.

I'll be honest, I was thinking the same (and their English isn't so good in other paragraphs), but just decided to go with it. It's not like anyone here's going to notice... oh wait.

If rF2 wasn't subscription based I'd be pretty tempted to try these

Hahaha NO.
Nice photos though

Ok guys back on topic. I only mentioned the iPhone because it actually met each of TimBud's criteria for an Apple console (popular gaming device, works great, is less powerful than a console, is more expensive than a console).
-
They do. It's called the iPhone. *ba dum tish* :p

If you pause right at the end, it says "System software uses a significant amount of storage" so maybe you've only got closer to 400GB or 420GB to play with there.
-
The console is already quite large, surely no-one would care if it was a tiny bit larger to accommodate an internal power unit (like your PC has, and probably also the PS3).

Gotta love 'the Fonz' lookalike in that old concept artwork for the game (the guy on the left)

Bob only tests things; you should know that.

Easy to see why it's free - it looks identical to Ridge Racer Unbounded

Good to know =D

I was disappointed when I saw this announcement... - #1 we already knew about the F40 from a while back from screenshots, which tells me that #2 they're stalling for time and the 'early 2013' release date isn't going to happen (it's already April with no firm date announced). How long have we known GRID 2's release date by comparison (much bigger studio I know).

Baldy clicking the 'Submit Post' button I suspect
Logitech Reveals G923 Wheel for PlayStation and Xbox

Looks interesting, but some reviews that I've heard aren't a fan of the audio-buzz in the wheel generated from engine revs.
