  1. I expect them to be better than Test Drive Unlimited but not vastly improved. I'm not particularly fussed about it anyway. They could leave the graphics exactly the same and I'd be just as happy. Especially seeing as I wont have to spend money on upgrading a certain part of my PC to run the game but then, six months down the line, find my £200 upgrade a waste of time. But looking at the screenshots that have been shown so far, the graphics are improved but not greatly.
  2. I'll just improvise. Hopefully most of the cars will use H-Shift so I can use that instead of the paddles (which I hate using for gear changing) so I can then use them for left and right indicators as someone has already mentioned. That or use the two buttons on my G25 wheel itself.
  3. VW Toureg V10 TDI would be a 4x4 I'd like to see. Probably wont happen though because diesels are Satan and wont be allowed in a 'racing' game.
  4. I spent my time on Google Street View looking for cars belonging to my family. Seems like the only people who were home were my mum and her partner, not even my nan was at home and she's always at home. Mum's Polo: http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x104/GTAMADDOG/Untitled2.jpg Her old Golf and her partner: http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x104/GTAMADDOG/Untitled1.jpg Them both in the Polo coming to pick me up from home: http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x104/GTAMADDOG/Untitled3.jpg (Lol at the crazy kid walking along the wall. Hardcore, y0!) I also looked for my car at it's old home in Leicestershire but there were no cars there either.
  5. Day/Night cycle, weather, damage, indicators and car customisation? They've already sold me the game.
  6. PC, as long as my PC is able to run it, which it should. Can't pass up the opportunity to use my G25 a bit more. I might buy it for the PS3 later on down the line if/when it's cheaper and has some form of advantage over the PC, and if I still have my PS3 by that time.
  7. Obviously not my style of music but I'm willing to give different genres a try. Didn't have time to listen to all twenty six minutes but skipped through to a few places. 22:19 onwards to the end is probably my favourite part out of the lot. Good first mix, though.
  8. Well, for the first time in ages I actually bought an operating system - Windows 7 Home Premium, I bought it a few weeks ago. I won't use any of the features that Ultimate has and probably wont use most of the features on Home Premium either. http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x104/GTAMADDOG/desktop.jpg That's my desktop as of today. I did go to change the background on the first day of using Windows 7 but then for some reason decided I liked the default background, so it has stayed. I'm trying to keep everything as organised and minimalistic as possible now I've installed a new OS.
  9. My dad's list and my mum's list will be difficult to remember correctly. Me: '99 Peugeot 306 HDI 'D Turbo'. Dad: Austin Mini. Ford Capri 2.0 Laser. Austin Rover Montego (lol). '94 Rover 416 SLI. '84/'85 BMW 525 E28. '93/'94 Citroen ZX TD Volcane. '97 VW Golf MKIII GL TDI. (Quite possibly the most immaculate MKIII Golf I've seen in my entire life. I don't know how my dad kept it looking so showroom fresh with 100,000 miles on it.) '85 Datsun-Nissan Sunny 1.5 (Exactly like the one seen on Clarkson's video of him blowing one up. My dad got it for free as a run-a-round to save miles on his other cars from my nan). '03 Skoda Fabia vRS. (Still has) '90 VW Golf MKII GTI 16v. (Still has) '93 Mazda 323 1.6. (Was meant to be my sister's first car but she gave up learning to drive and gave the car to my dad so he could save miles on the other cars) '09 Alfa Romeo MiTo. (Still has) Mum: - (Can't remember her first car) - (Can't remember her second car) '84 Ford Fiesta MKII XR2. '84 Ford Orion. '88 VW Golf MKII GTI 8v. '96 VW Golf MKIII GTI 8v. (Mum's partner still has it and is running it at over 170,000 miles smoothly) '01 Land Rover Freelander. '08 VW Polo TDI. (Still has) She's planning to get a VW Golf MK-VI TDI quite soon in the future. I'm pretty sure I've missed a few out of my parent's list of cars.
  10. 2x Aston Martin DB9. 2x Aston Martin V8 Vantage 2x Bentley Continental Bentley Azure. I cheated and drove past a Bentley/Aston Martin dealership, although one DB9 was spotted about 10 miles away from it. Others: VW Golf R Porsche Cayenne Turbo with what I can only assume was a Middle-Eastern number plate which in itself is a really rare spot no matter what the car is.
  11. http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x104/GTAMADDOG/Image00020-4.jpg I'll go out and get a better one some time this weekend. This is just (hopefully, if I don't forget, again) a place holder.
  12. Porsche Carrera S. VW Scirocco '10 plate. VW Golf GTI Edition 30. Yes, I've been to the VW garage again. It was a suprise to see a Porsche parked outside the showroom, though. I have a picture of it but it's ruined by sun-light and window reflections which I didn't notice at the time.
  13. Mmmm, jam. I'm off to make some toast. I'm glad they've finally announced it. Can't wait for some more information about it.
  14. Well, if you saw the thread I made about it in the Showroom then you probably already know what it is. I still haven't got around to getting any decent 'full' car shots of it. But instead of bumping that thread with new pictures which no-body probably cares about I'll post a few in this thread. First and last photos were taken by my sister on her phone, for some reason. The dent infront of the rear left wheel makes me sad face, but I will be getting rid of it, even if I have to resort to using a hammer. The wheels also need refurbishing and I wouldn't mind some half leather seats off FleaBay. Oh, and I still need to get some floor mats. http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x104/GTAMADDOG/20567_280770741986_505911986_384604.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x104/GTAMADDOG/Image00009-8.jpg http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x104/GTAMADDOG/20567_280770736986_505911986_384604.jpg
  15. Thanks for the link/photos of the vRS. As I suspected it would look... like any other Fabia, really. I've seen plenty of TDI Sports around here which actually look alot meaner/aggressive than this vRS. It's faster than the old standard vRS but only just slightly quicker than my dads. And even more sad-face. It's a petrol. It's lost the characteristic that everyone who owned a Fabia vRS loved the last vRS for. EDIT: Just showed my dad and the words which came out of his mouth were; 'Well, that's a disappointment!'
  16. I await to see the new Fabia vRS to see how much I despise of it. I'm really struggling to like the new shape Fabia.
  17. Oh lawl. And I thought my dad was mad for buying my £1200 car for me, even though I said I would and will pay him back the full amount.
  18. - Skoda vRS' - Old school Vee-Dubs - VTEC, y0 - "If there ain't no smoke there ain't no poke" (Diesels)
  19. The dashboard lights please me. That is all.
  20. Not really interested in it, or many games out this year really. Infact I need to keep as much money as possible for the running of my car. I bought the the first Supreme Commander and Forged Alliance. Kept me entertained for a week but then it lost all the appeal I was hoping it to keep. Wont be buying Supreme Commander 2, or downloading the demo. The only game I plan on buying this year is Mafia 2, if it even gets released this year and turns out to be as good as the first.
  21. Ever wanted a Gallardo powered Mustang? Check out the Ford Tractorri: http://www.ecarlist.com/showroom/1308/photos/116092

  23. I didn't like the look of it at first. But I think it's one of those cars where the looks grow on you. So I'll give it a bit of time first. Atleast it isn't constained or boring.
