Kind of, you can look around at that point in time. Eh, I'm not bothered. I don't have alot else either. Counter Strike shots but the HUD is in the way so it's going to look ugly whatever you do. Can't really complain about infringing this rule due to the lack of entries anyway in my opinion.

No pictures of my actual PC but the results of a bit of playing about I did in the BIOS yesterday. Had to up the voltages slightly to get to 3.6GHz, but no biggy: http://i181.photobucket.com/albums/x104/GTAMADDOG/oc3.png Highest temperature I've seen on the CPU is 47C. Not bad for a stock cooler, I will eventually buy an aftermarket one, though. 3.0GHz to 3.6GHz in a few presses of a key. Next thing I know it'll be 4.5GHz and water-cooling which I hopefully wont be stupid enough to spend money on.

Saw the show on E4 last night and thought this bit was pretty good.

I've seen it on a few websites at reasonable prices but due to the recent weather and the weather to come I can't see myself getting it for a while which is a shame because I really want to play it now after seeing a few videos :sulk:

Can't really say what's better until the full version of Gran Turismo 5 is released. GT5: Prologue was lacking in tracks, cars and other features obviously. Also, with them saying GT5 will have 950 cars I can see half of those being different versions of the same cars which in my opinion is pretty boring. I went on Forza 3 when TehReaper came over on New Years Eve and to be honest I was getting bored of it after an hour. Graphics weren't as impressive as I was expecting them to be either. Both of the games have their advantages and disadvantages, obviously. But to be honest, even though you can't drive flat out in a super car in real life I think my mind would much prefer to be driving a real car on a real road with real physics these days rather than being sat behind a screen with an annoying to use controller in between my hands.

Uhm, not trying to start an argument and no offence to him but his internet download speed isn't great at the best of times if I remember correctly and the images in this thread load instantly for him and me so it doesn't quite make sense.

I was thinking about buying it. I need a PS3 game or two so I can actually use the thing for gaming.

Heh. My college announced it was closed today at 7pm yesterday evening on the college website. I wasn't going in anyway because I only have a half day and my normal lift wont drive in the snow and I'm not waiting around for four hours.

I don't go biking much and I'm not putting a bike which is apparently pretty good to much use. I inherited it from my uncle who keeps buying bikes for some reason even though each one he has is perfectly acceptable for what he does. I have a Claud Butler Cape Wrath D24. PC is where I game most. Like 99.5% of the time I'll be playing games on the PC. I don't have many games on the PS3 and I've completed the ones I do have and I also can't find anything new to play on it and my Xbox is pretty much dead so I don't bother with that at all. On the PC it's easier to talk to people, it's easier to customise everything and I get to sit in a relatively comfortable position where-as if I was on one of my consoles I'd be laid in bed with my neck at a strange angle just so I can see the TV properly. Just my opinion, but for me, it's PC all the way.

I've got the same thing but with DiRT 2. I put it down to it being a new game but I haven't been on the Xfire website to check what functions, if any, should work with the game. I'll probably end up re-installing Xfire if the functions should be working. It wont take long anyway. I've already suggested a few things to you anyway but I think you've already tried them.

Happy New Year, everyone. I spent my last moments of 2009 and first moments of 2010 on Forza 3 chillin' with Mojo and Reaper. Didn't stay up that late but couldn't sleep much anyway. I think I finally dozed off at 4am, was awake by 7:45. First iTunes/Last FM play of 2010 = The Stone Roses - Fools Gold. Good times.

About 2009: Nothing special. As were the last few years. Nothing exciting, started learning to drive but I already knew the basics so I did parking and all that malarky on my first lesson with an instructor. Still haven't passed. I have no reason to, yet. I haven't really been trying to pass anyway. Nothing else has happened in 2009. I turned 18, but I was drinking alcohol and what not before I was 18 so nothing is different. 2010: Pass my driving test. I need to, there are no jobs within walking distance around here so I need transport which comes and goes when I want it to, so no public transport. Possibly get a girlfriend. I doubt I'll succeed but it's worth a shot. Learn quite a bit more about photography. Actually really try to get the hang of it. I think I might change a future career path if I get good at it, and I'll need my driving test passed to go on this career path. That's pretty much it.
