  2. Magic map is a different thing and is one of the requirements to have modded vehicles in your game. Indeed I'm providing magic map for every version of this game. But this mod needs also Megapack as Tool831 wanted to. That's his converting project and he has the rights to do so. I'm sure you've been looking at the thread to get clues how to install. In addition, have you posted there asking to help for manual install ? Basically, you have to get install files and replace in your TDU folder those corresponding to a non megapack vehicle (in your case the Coupe Murcielago should be ok). You'll have to rename install files for sure. I can't help you more, good luck!
  3. Apparently you're trying to install a vehicle which is meant to replace a megapack car. You need megapack and 1.68 patch eventually to gain some benefits in modding. Staying at 1.45 for pleasure ? Playing offline ? Megapack is very affordable for what it brings + open modding. I don't make install scripts, only the engine to run them, so please ask mod author how to put files 'by hand'... I don't even know what you're installing ...

By the way, noone prevents modders to make a workgroup to breed an 'up-to-date' TDU, to face TDU2 when it comes out :p On the contrary, such an initiative could be more than enjoyable for all of us. ... 1975 is well before my birthdate and my culture is eighties, but I think working on this vintage patch is very nice and refreshing :)
  5. I'm pretty sure you're using TDU Gold edition. It's not supported. You could send the other log file for analysis, though (ModAndPlayDebug.log)
  6. Just you follow 1.15, will be in it ;) It's not a bug, the game can't allow a HONDA to run a FORD-restricted race :) It's a feature to me. The only thing you have to do is to keep original brand name. The database corruption has nothing to do with that. To Fl0w, please don't stop modding just because of that. Those kind of people don't even deserve the least attention. That has been for ages and always will... All they are doing is ridiculizing themselves, hiding their faces behind a screen.

  11. Why don't you post on mod topic directly ? asking the modder to fix it ? It's not up to you, final user. Concerning some specific interior gauges (as Audi, with non-linear steps) it just can't be fixed as the game wasn't designed to support it. Edit: RPM case is less obvious, you should keep the same max RPM as the modder wanted. Use TDUMT or TDUPE to set correct max RPM.
  12. These settings are likely to be in XMB file into sound BNK. Looks like noone has the time/will to open it with a hex-editor to alter some values. But, there's a chance to deactivate Turbo per vehicle slot by changing turbo count with TDU Modding Tools or TDU PE.. OT : sound stuttering issue is a bug with some rear engines in surround mode. To solve it: - either move the sound source to front with TDUMT/TDUPE - or set your speakers to 2.0/2.1 in windows control panel - or change TDU.exe process affinity to only one core in Task Manager (or use great app as Bill2's Process Manager) - you may get a slight performance decrease though

  20. Do you change one parameter at the time ? You could always put your 'bugged' database folder into a zip and upload it for further analysis...
  21. Totally right. But patch HD 1.0 was intended to be used alone, so we did not see the point in giving a list of replaced file list, 95% users won't even care about. (you could always have a look at files contained in patch folder ;) ) Indeed, FX.ini is modified - don't know the details though. So I'll have a few words with 2CVSUPERGT about your project :)

  23. Hi do you have agreement from authors ? It's very important. to change these parameters, you have to use either TDU Modding Tools or TDU Performance Editor. Good luck !

  24. It seems you've destroyed your TDU database, restore backups before modifying it again. Changing revs is totally safe.
