Dude, just read the thread. You need to change one number in the database to a 0. It should edit tdu_bots in the DB with the modding tools.

Squir3D is making the best 3D models in my opinion. Just few of his cars got proper interior, but the models are absolutely perfect made. I got a few Squir models (dont ask where from..) and I can confirm, they are way too highpoly for TDU.

For me it's Slender with more features :nods:

Almost every of these models got an interior, but it is pretty low poly.

And it IS too highpoly for TDU1, TDU2 don't have a file size limit so far I remember.

The models for purchase are not convert-worthy. First, nobody will buy the models for converting them and make it available for free. Second, even if somebody would buy it, he should make the people pay for the mods, as he wants to get his money back. Not talking about earning more than he paid, but to make him not loosing any money for it. Third, it isn't legal not only to sell mods, but also convert them to a game. Fourth, the extrior and rims are modeled out very neat, but in normal case the interiors of these models are kinda placers and lowpoly as crap.

So no, you won't see the cars untill they rather will be made by a good quality game, or scratch made by a modder here, sorry.

The patch is needed as long you install the car via installer. Because the installer requires the new database entries contained in the patch. If you just copy the files in the game, you just need the magic map.

Yes, the patch 1.68 is required for mods.

I had this problem before, too. Although I got 3 different TDU folders in my PC, the problem was I run TDUMT from another folder than the installed game (MT in C:\\\\\Test Drive Copy 1\, and the actual installed game was in C:\\\\\Test Drive\

Maybe you have to run the MT from your installed game folder. But I hardly doubt it was the actual reason.

What you can do, write DJey a short message with your problem and I am pretty sure he got a solution.

Nope, I am not modding TDU2.

I told it a few times already so don't expect this speech come true actually, but after the NFS Rivals cars are done (or basicly all the new models I got) I will try to finish the rest. So it could take a while untill the CCXR, if I will finish it at all.

Hey there, welcome :) TDU1 servers are down, but we are working on bringing it to work again. Well not us, but Speeder, a very talented programmer and modder is working on this peoject.
