I don't get exactly what they're doing here.
Making limited editions of a car that can be sold at a premium to make it even more profitable. :p
Will they still offer a G350d that isn't 'professional' that comes with all the luxuries etc?Of course. It's the most popular one, at least according to mobile.de.
Mercedes-Benz E-Klasse T-Model (S213)"In Germany, the Estate is known as the "T-Modell" and although the "T" suggests tourism and transport, it also stands for trendsetter."
Surprise! It looks like a C-class estate, a bit bigger one. The only noticeable difference is that the E-class does not have those awful, fake rear vertical vents and that it has horizontal red reflectors.
- the boot/trunk/laderaum is smaller than before (670/1820 litres vs 695/1950)
- although, according to Daimler, a Europallet fits in the boot/trunk/laderaum
- it can still be a 7-seater
- the rear bench is adjustable now (the backrest has a 10 degree movement)
- engines are obviously the same, the AMG version has not been revealed yet
- notable optional equipment is the Acoustic Comfort Package consisting of "special acoustic film in the windscreen and side windows, sound-insulating measures such as additional insulation in the rear footwell and on the centre tunnel... To provide excellent heat insulation in the interior, the windscreen, side windows and rear windows are made of laminated safety glass with another layer of film that absorbs infrared."

Yourself? Hahahaha. Mate, you can't even change a god damned light bulb these days!
I bet it is possible to have it replaced with the active spoiler, and I agree that it looks better without the fixed wing. Dunno why would you not buy the standard R8, btw. Although, knowing you it is most likely because it is not the top dawg, amirite? :p

Welp. Today was a good day indeed.
Did this to a random person's Passat:
Did this to my automobile:
My first accident I've caused, second one in total, and both of them involved a blue B5 Passat.

Eh, I liked the older G 280 CDI Pro more:

And why's the MMI button in front of the selector? Can you rest your wrist on the selector now?
Yes, you have answered your question. The A8 has had it like that since 2009.

And where's the source?

Saw the new SEAT Ateca SUV today. Lifted Leon, basically, so pretty nice.

From my experience, they don't help that much. :hmmm:

It's probably on hydraulic suspension tbf! Don't like stretched tyres though, that's stupid.
Air bags. Some cars look cool aired out, but all of them look ridiculous when they're at a "driveable" ride height. Even more so with super stretched tires.
Why mudflaps, tho? Ugly as hell.

There are departments that do the ergonomics, sounds, acoustics and other stuff that most think is just not that important.
This is also why Rolls Royces have different warning chimes than Mini. yes, I know, two different brands, but you can clearly hear that RR's are kinda classier/more pleasant.

Top Gear verdict: 'A feeble Clarkson impression' - BBC News
This review is literally the most accurate thing ever. And it was on BBC R4 too, poor Beeb, absolutely blindsided
Heh, wrote my post before I watched this, good to know it wasn't only me.

First thing that struck me - it is identical to the "old" show. Like, everything. Reliant Robins, Stig's lap time commentary, and hell even the intro is the same style ("I got chased, Matt falls", etc.). Was hoping for it to be (a bit more) different.
I know nothing about Evans and had no reservations about him unlike almost everyone. But, damn, I had to skip most of his parts. He seems, at least to me, as a non-car person with no driving skills? Shouts way too much, too. :hmmm:
The car 'n plane thing and the robin roadtrip were boring and already overdone. Matt's Nomad segment was the only one I liked.
nah/10

Good to see another member getting into barge ownership!
As far as my British automotive lingo goes, the CLS is not that.
-
Oh man, that sucks. :(
How big is the damage apart from what's visible in the photo?
-
thanks. I was mainly curious about the color and suspension. Good to know it does not have runflats unlike some new mercs.
The only thing missing are the spiegelpaket, and harman/kardon, huh? :bmad:

Thanks Mellors. We'll see about the ladies, but the jealous looks from others are already in the pocket. During the test drive we stopped at a petrol station to test out some things, and some fatherfigure of a german family kept staring at my car :p And on the way of driving it home, some people overtook me rather slowly, scanning the whole car.
Aren't you just looking too much at people around you to catch 'em staring? :p
Gimme the datacard, pls. I got questions about the equipment.

The grille, right?

-
It was sooo tiny
It's an Aero from the 30's, don't know the model. Aero was a Czechoslovak company if ya didn't know
-
It's not brown-ish, tho

Yuh, the black E 43 looks the best... and I don't even like black. THATSWHATSHESAID RIGHT HAHAHAHA
:oook:
I saw them fake tips today in some video. I was naively thinking that only lesser models had them. So stupid. So inadmissible. I remember that base UFO-gen Honda Civics had fake tips.
