It's a shame the Forza franchise is poised to cultivate massively from a niche carved out by TDU. Provided Horizon isn't a total flop, this pretty much seals the TDU franchise's fate, no?

6) The indicator feature. They self cancel after you've made a turn. 7) The fact that Elvissa airport has a runway made of tarmac. 8) The police cars used in pursuits are much improved. Dodge Chargers instead of those obscure, poorly designed nameless cars in TDU1. 9) The Wrecks feature. 10) Weather cycle. Thunderstorms look great in 1080p.

Hello all, things certainly have changed on here since i last logged in. I may be incorrect, but while i was watching my friend play TDU2 on the PC, when he found an intriguing area, he attempted to bookmark it, but couldn't, because it was not on any road. I distinctly remember being able to bookmark any location in TDU1, not just on road areas.

Here's something i just thought about regarding the actual size of Ibiza in terms of how many miles of road (both dirt and tarmac) can actually fit. the total area of Ibiza is 220.47 square miles, and Oahu is 596.7 square miles. In an area almost a third of the size of Oahu, how are they going to fit double the length of roads? I understand Oahu had some massive areas of forest, as well as mountaineous regions with no roads at all, but this info still seems to suggest the rumours of a second island may be true..

After almost a two year run with TDU, im afraid it's over. ive been playing the game since its UK release, explored the entire island, reached the tops of tallest mountains, driven every car and bike, tried every mod, and made a fair few myself. But now, my computer has had to be rebooted, meaning ive lost everything. my life has become too busy for gaming in general what with exams for university.... Thank you to everyone that ever downloaded my mods, and cruised with me. you've all been great. and one things for sure: once TDU2 is released i'll be back like a shot! See you everyone :nuts:

yup, but im facing problems with TDU at the moment. i wont be able to get it working again till next week (im going to have to reinstall it AGAIN :mad:), but im keeping them on reserve. Ive already confirmed one for Bak99, and Deaths Pyjamas, i'll be glad to let you have one for as little as $100,000. pick a colour (showroom colour remember), and as soon as i get TDU working again, i'll PM you so we can make the trade online.

wahey! Oleg helped me out and now the Modeller works. currently looking at the Alfa GT. i read through your tips Tool, but how do you actually manipulate the car into different shapes to make the changes?

yep. ive worked out how to colour change the MC12 using texture modding :D mine is currently a dark red. thats why i was asking you how to change the colour of the lights, to make it match :)

alright, nobody took to my mountain climb challenge, so rather than give my money away in that fashion, ive just gone out and bought eight stock Mclaren F1's of every showroom colour. No mileage on any. i have: 1xPewter F1 1xBlack F1 1xSilver F1 1xDark Silver F1 1xRed F1 1xBlue F1 1xYellow F1 1xGreen F1 Make me an offer :) for one or for a few.

i agree with having more common cars, but i think this addition would have to tie-in with making exotics a lot harder to get.

im running XP on a pretty recent Dell model. 50GB memory left, 512MB RAM, NVIDIA 6600GT 256MB graphics card. everything else runs smoothly on my computer, but i dont know why Zmodeller.exe isnt running....

i see.....:cry:. Can anyone get me in touch with Oleg or any of the Zmodeller creators? i need to get this sorted. This is the message that pops up when i try to click the Zmodeller2.exe. ! Cannot execute "C:\DOCUME~1\andre\LOCALS~1\Temp\Rar$EX00.407\ZModeler2.exe" comes up in its own diagnostic window.

right well ive got Zmodller V1.07 now, and it refuses to open the Alfa_GT.z3d file. some of the time it says that the file is not z3d, and now when i click "open" for the Alfa file, nothing appears on Zmodeller.

okay, downloaded Zmodeller V1.0.7 and the Alfa Example pack...tried to open the Alfa.z3d file into modeller, get a message saying that its not a z3d file. :S

tool, im pretty confused as to what i have to do. can you help me out here? ive downloaded the Alfa GT file off Zmodeller but all i get is some Alfa files :confused:

yeah ive climbed that mountain. im surprised no one has made this yet. has to be the perfect car for cruising around a Hawaiian island. could replace the '71 Corvette Stingray Convertible (i love that car too, but this is definetly better). anyone up for it? it would make an excellent addition to the game

alright, im a bit confused at the moment. i went on the Zmodeller website and downloaded the Zmodeller demo which included the Alfa GT files. im looking at these files now...the files are in 2db format, and are only textures. how can i use this demo to modify the body of the GT? :confused:

yeah, but when you're running the most basic NVIDIA graphics card, you know the views could be so much better :lol:
