Unreal Engine 4 has been shown in all it's glory in this Tech Demo named 'Infiltartor'. As per usual gorgeous visuals, lovely effects and a setting of soldiers + guns is the bread and butter of this demonstration. The next-generation of games are undoubtedly going to look very nice. Good eye! UPDATE Looks like the demo was running on a single nVidia GTX 680. I was thinking about this while reading some musings come out of the 'EA Investor Conference' about games potentially costing $69.99 for the next-gen and it got me thinking two things. 1) Sony themselves have said games will cost between $0.99-$60 and 2) Is there any point in buying right away as most games these days are reduced within a month or so anyway? In the UK anyway price reductions are quite good, within 3 weeks Far Cry 3 for example was selling for less than 30 pounds and supermarkets do BIG games at lower prices as they count on making up the loss via fuel and grocery sales. Pair this with the ever growing pre-order bonus palaver and day 1 and on-disc DLC and it just seems that buying on release day is more fool-hardy than anything else. What do you guys do?

Microsoft have apparently been buying many domains with relation to 'Xbox Gold', does this hint at the name of their next-gen Xbox that will [no doubt] be revealed at their Xbox Event in April? Xbox Gold, it sounds like a membership rather than a console right, and also what if they put out more than one SKU like the Xbox 360. Are they going to call it the Xbox More Gold or something? :D When did Microsoft get so awful when naming things! ...if this is true! Personally I like Xbox 1080. :p Credit: News: Microsoft snaps up 'Xbox Gold' domains - CVG UK

I was looking at some old CD's and DVD's of backup rubbish I had done a few years ago and came across some old GT4 photomode shots and such along with newer PGR3 and exported TDU1 shots too. It got me thinking that it's utter crap how back with the PS2 and of course with the PS3 we can export full quality images and such yet with Xbox 360 we have to go through some shotty upload to a website means meaning compression is an issue as is time to upload if the server is working over and above itself. Not to mention videos are even worse, it's not bad enough that it takes a while to render the bloody thing itself but then to have to wait an age for the bugger to upload is even worse. :headbang2: Soooo I am really hoping that Microsoft allow us to export these things directly and/or give the Next Xbox / 720 a screen capture utilty/feature where we can capture and export our own images as we like. The whole security argument is moot now as they allow you to use USB storage and all sorts to run and store games and saves on so please let us be able to export our own damn stuff this time!

Hey Everyone, I've recently been trying to get a job somewhere and this would be my first job. I am quite excited about earning my own money and i really want to save for something good. I'm thinking about puchasing a 360 and i was wondering what's going to happen with the new Xbox coming out. Because, if i was to get a 360 and a new xbox come out, i would crap myself. Anyway, i wish to know whether a new xbox is coming up soon or it's not gonna be for a while. I've heard news from everywhere about it and everyone has different views and opinions. So, if anyone gets any news PLEASEE tell me... Also: In Australia, which Xbox is the best value for money? The Arcade, Premium or the Elite? Thanks:rolleyes::)
