Which file controls the rim selections for each car?

Like the old way to change the paint colors on unpaintable cars, it was controlled by a single file and values had to be changed to change the car color.

 

Is there a similar file that controls which cars use specific rims?

 

Example, in the Mercedes rim folder there's 30 different rims, but most of the mercs only use some of them, not all.

 

Is there any way to make all the cars in each showroom use all the available rim choices instead of "bodyswapping" the rim files???
