Question about switching models

There is a 3000GT and RX7 model using very slow cars and I am trying to change them to something faster like the McLaren F1 or Enzo... I can't for the life of me figure out how to use the modding tools. Can anybody help me to figure out how to do this? Thanks in advance.

You don't need modding tools to do that. Just rename the downloaded files to something else so that they replace the cars you want to replace instead. ;)
