Is it possible to change what my character looks like? Their gender, ect?

Hi. I really need to change the gender of my character. My original game crashed, so I had to download another savegame :'(. Unfortunately, the character is female... Is there any way to change the gender by changing something in the save file?

No, I don't think there is. The only way you can change your characters gender is at the begining of the game. Sorry.

You could always just start your own new savegame and pick your character/avatar.
