Avatar Problem?

As the title says, I have a problem with the XBL Avatar. I can edit the character just fine, yet when I go to save, it comes up with an error saying something like; 'Cannot save changes. Please make sure any save devices are connected'

 

Yet my save devices are connected up fine. I can load/save games fine, but I can't save my avatar. Any ideas?

Try taking the hardrive off and put it back on :P

Make sure you turn the xbox off before removing it and putting it back though.
