Screen Freezes but game still runs in the background

i have a problem i just installed TDU for the first time i play for a bit and then the screen freezes but i can still hear the came going as normal through the speakers. i ALT + TAB and then go back in to the game and its fine until it happens again.

 

anyone know why it does it? or any way of stopping this? its very annoying

google the redial file issue, you might have it, is plenty info in this site about it, is not a virus is only a corruption in one user profile, is very easy to fix the aproach is different in xp and vista so do some homework. keep me posted.
