faster gear changes

hello, i modified the veyron stats, but the gear changes are slow. i imported cadilac cien gear ratios and inertia (because cien changes almost instantly) but its still slow, no change. i played also with graduation speed and ratio, no effect.

what graduation speed and ratio means.
