Hi, just got TDU and have been playing for the last couple of days. Love it !

 

As i downloaded from xbox, is there anything i should know?

 

So far i have visited all the car dealers and purchased a Ducati.

Ive found a nice 170mph speed trail that just throws the cash at you so ive also got around 400K

 

if ive crashed into any of you i do apologise :D

cant get enough of it at the moment ! Bought another house got a couple of classic cars, the e-type jag drifts quite well, cant wait to get a hold of the rest of the cars

You should get (H) Hardcore mode... my only advice.

I forgot to mention the Chevrolet Corvette Z06 Coupe is better when tuned to stage 2 than stage 3.

cheers for the info, just bought a saleen.... urgh... wish id have saved up for the mclaren now....

 

 

ive found out much by accident that you can race other people by pressing A.

 

is there anything else like that that ive missed ?

Ha Ha Ha, I felt the same about the S7 when I first got one mate, it done my head in....still does at times, lol. Keep practicing in it and you'll soon realise it's the best all round car in the game :lol:

I took the island tour last night in the Saleen.. flew off the track and over the crash rail twice.... cornering was interesting to say the least as was clipping the pavement ....

 

still i enjoyed it.

 

where is the tuners for american cars i have 3 for euro cars. Cheers

well i sold the saleen and bought the 1.5 mil mclaren and went on the millionaires tour..... and came in after the time limit... urgh !

I'm new to the forum as well. I picked up TDU back when it first came out, but have gotten back into it since I hadn't accomplished much the first time around. Looking to find some other players to join up with and try for the online achievements.

Welcome to TDU. One thing you might want to know is that there is a bug with hardcore mode (Only if you bought the game from the Xbox Live Marketplace). The bug is... it doesn't work. Me and my friend have been contacting Microsoft for a while now and they told us that there wasn't a fix, which I think is a little unreal. Anyway, I just wanted to point that out.

Sunday Drives...

 

well im glad to see some recent activity on the site especially on the 360 side... straight to the point i want to organize sunday drives ... we can pick a certain that works for the most people and set up different cruises whether it be by class body type or sections of the island doesnt really matter i just love to play this game and would like to have a group of people that like to play as well that i can always meet up with... sundays are usually a quiet day for most and that way there is no confusion as to when you can find a decent race/ cruise ... if any of you guys are interested shoot me a message here or on live either way ... im on practically ever night ... so im down for random cruising and racing on any given day.

The Saleen is quick once you know how to drive it :).

just reading through the resy of the thread and i'd like to point out it's very likely ash's on demand version of tdu will not access hc mode should he download it...

 

and alan i was busy yesterday but have been on tdu every other day this week and will be again later :)
