Hi!

Not long ago i had to re-install windows... (very annoying!)

Before i re-installed i had tdu modding tools and they worked fine.

Now it says failed to initialize properly every time

i open it.

 

Any idea why?

 

Edit: i fixed it. i didn't install ms framework thingy
