Anyone know how to create these light rays?

Something similar to these... I've tried the 'glow' filter but they don't turn out as well. :(

I think you'd have to use a simple brush first, and then add a lot of glow using Blending options. Then doing it again some way since the glow is first white and then yellowish. ;)

It's not a very good match, but it would look much better if you did all of the beams yourself since they would all look the same. ;)
