Error Message when starting The Modding Tools

Hi Guys,

I've got a really annoying problem with the modding tools, I think its to do when

my SOB bro turned of my dell at the switch:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:, Cheeky (says B word). anyway its when starting !t it says "Sorry,but a critical error happened: Unable to load XML config file:

C:\Users\Riqitch8\AppData\Local\TDUModdingTools\setting.xml" :confused::confused::confused::confused:
