Help!

Hey guys Im a noob at modding so please excuse me. First of all I saw the GSXR-1000 K9 and wanted to download it so I came here and saw that I needed to download Djey's Modding Tools. So i did all that downloaded the patches THEN downloaded the GSXR now every time I try to play TDU it just Crashes!! Please help me.

Downloaded what patch? Why download Modding Tools? You don't need that if you're only installing mods on your TDU.

Well I tried to download just the GSXR and it didnt let me so I looked on here and it said I needed the Mod tool to download it.

It doesn't say that you need the Modding Tools anywhere. What it does say is that you need the 1.67 or 1.68 patch for the bike mod to work, and if we look in that thread it says

 

- This patch is not compatible with TDU without Carmegapack !

 

In other words, you won't be able to get the bike working without the Mega Car Pack, sorry.

 

Maybe it would work if you replaced the modded files manually, I don't know. Not sure why the 1.67 or 1.68 is so necessary, I guess you will just have to try.

Hey thanks alot man but how do I keep my game from crashing? Do I have to reinstall it?

Did you use an installer when installing the Bike mod? If so, see if it has an uninstall feature and try that first. If not or if it doesn't work, you will probably be better off reinstalling as you have no idea what files the installer messed with (which is why I never use them).
