Engine off? And Dodge Charger RT

And I have two questions :)

is there a mod out or something that allows you to put off the engine? Would be cool :)

 

And i really hate the gold bomb missions, can i disable the timer? Really want the dodge charger rt :/

there is a tool to put off engine, i think there is a tool too to freeze the engine, but that isn't cool, i also hate the bombs but i got it
