tdu2 not launching becouse it says i need 2gb of memory

So i reinstalled TDU2 today and installed all my favorite mods and when i try to launch the game on the universal launcher it says that i dont have enough memory and the minimum requirements is 2gb which confuses me couse i have 8gb of memory installed on my pc while there are no answers on this post im gona try to fix this my self and try to find  the problem.

you can try to download apk mods, i find it much lighter and easier to play the original
