The game constantly is lagging, freezing i cant play anymore and i don't know how :S

But i had great times in the game and sometimes on cruises

i also will stay active on the forum

Right, freezing, another problem.

 

Myself and a few other members on TDU PC use a trick each time we open TDU.

 

Just deleted the 'Test Drive Unlimited' folder in 'C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data'

 

this deleted the Cache files and the CD-Key, meaning you do have to re-enter the CD-Key everytime you open TDU, however it improves FPS for me, and means I dont get the save freeze etc.

 

Also I've decided to run my comp on minimum spec, as this improves FPs and almost gets rid of the very occasional second freezes.

 

 

 

 

Hope this trick means you can stay on TDU more, even though I've never actually cruised with you....

I don't even have to delete the whole CD-Key folder. What I do is go to my computer -> tools -> folder options -> view tab -> uncheck: hide operating system files. Click OK and your done.

 

Now you go to the folder Iced Bullet was talking about, and in it you should see radial.cdb. Delete this, and then start TDU. this will save you from constantly having to re-enter your CD-KEY
