But with the download, you can only record a maximum of 30 seconds video footage.

Also you need a videocard that records sound. Most will just go into audio properties & change the audio recording device to "Stereo Mix" Just make sure to change it back afterwards or whenever you play TDU you'll broadcast your game sound over VOIP.
