  1. I am a big fan of the 550M too, but in that sort of company it's probably #5. I do like the F333 and some of the F1 cars from 30+ years ago as well.
  2. I'm pretty sure you're meant to avoid the kerbs on that track. The first was a true opportunistic overtake that any racing driver would be proud of.
  3. it is going to be tough to choose just one. Looking at that list you might think others are missing but then AC already has a good selection of those from the Ferrari stable. I'm seriously considering the F355 F1 Spider. :hmmm:
  4. [headline]HITMAN can be played for FREE[/headline] The official social media of the game has announced that the beginning of the HITMAN game can be played for free on PS4, PC (Steam) and Xbox One. It's available for the PS4 and Xbox One right now and should be up on Steam in the next few hours. [sUBHEAD]Download HITMAN free[/sUBHEAD] PlayStation Store Microsoft Store Steam (not available yet)
  5. That blue and orange Porsche is very striking. I wouldn't have thought it would suit that scheme but it really does. :)
  6. Excellent final three. Really nice comparison at the start that is made even better because of the bad weather.
  7. :cbme2: What a way to come back! You have nailed making your shots look realistic as these are incredible. You have a hell of an eye for a good shot.
  8. Brilliant placing of the BMW in this set. I was just scrolling down and burst out laughing when I saw that. Gorgeous final shot too, love the lighting in that gently being reflected off the deep and dark colour of the body.
  9. Awesome shots all round! This is going to be a belter I think.
  10. Welcome to comfortable internet browsing Ry. :D

  12. Aren't most things in NFS games purely cosmetic? I don't really mind that actually. It might seem crazy seeing a large-winged car blasting past you at 250mph when the drag should be pulling it back but hey, that's the type of game this and others are. :)
  13. Yeah BP is a bit of an easy handling arcade fan so chances are unless you prefer games to drive for you you're not going to agree. He's also more about portraying a character in his videos which makes him hard to watch. Slap's video was awesome and showed a lot of good stuff. Good to see the game looking and playing as well as it does. Hope they iron out those collision physics with the environment and that the side mirrors are operating at release. Ivory Tower and Ubisoft have really done one on this. It's really quite remarkable what they have going with it. Can anyone see the switching at any point remaining? Maybe they will due to how they've seen people using it because of how insane it looks.
  14. The Crew 2 Beta / Rewards Program Registrations are now open for the newly-announced The Crew 2. No information about when this will take place is known but with the game not set to release until early next year it’s likely to be at least a month or few away. Getting in early shouldn’t hurt though, so jump on over to the sign-up page and get your order in! To help players deal with the waiting, Ubisoft have launched ‘The Crew Rewards Program’, where through the completion of challenges and objectives in The Crew players can unlock up to 18 cars for the new one. Beginning with the Ferrari 458 Speciale being the easiest to achieve, as it only needs players to have launched the full game (trial doesn’t count) at least once before the release date to have it waiting for them in their garage. With 18 vehicles up for grabs and a good amount of time before the game itself releases, the journey through the program won’t be something that can be completed immediately. Two awards per month will be unveiled until the end of the year. Each needing the player to perform a specific action in the The Crew where they will then be rewarded with the associated vehicle in the next game. And with varying difficulty levels these actions do not sound as if they will always be super easy and will sometimes require some effort on the player’s part. Players can find out what is being asked of them right now as the first three awards are already underway! A total of fifteen awards are able to be obtained and those who accomplish five, ten or all fifteen of them will receive exclusive bonus vehicles that are exclusive to The Crew 2. More about those will be forthcoming in the future. Progress can be monitored from directly in game or, on a dedicated page that is updated twice monthly. There is also an FAQ that is assigned to a support page for those who may still have questions about this or wish to be more fully informed. [via The Crew]
  15. As long as it isn't just a better and more detailed version I think it will be received well. The extra routes over (and under?) buildings will be a nice change but like you say it cannot feel too samey to the original. But when thinking about it, maybe they are aiming for those who didn't play the first one at all, rather than return players? :hmmm: I hope they expand on the player police pursuits. Having a server instance that people can enter where random chases can happen is something a select few would always like to see. I don't know if people have seen that Audi are in this one too.
  16. When I say roots I mean only supercars and police chases on multiple maps. There are those who just scream for Underground 3 but they are getting a lot of what they want in these new games so they're not too bad. The thing is they proved they could make a best of both worlds with the original Most Wanted. No need to rice out your vehicles, it was your choice to go exotic or keep it street, go mad or stick to close to stock. Then you had the police who were an actual challenge. So it can be done. This could have worked but for how long? I'm not sure it would have lasted that long before merging into one anyway.
  17. It does a lot of them right but it doesn't get them all. That being said, the majority of cars that are represented with quality sound do make the game that much better to play.
  18. Gran Turismo Sport Release Date’ish Those waiting to hear about the actual release date for Gran Turismo Sport were given a little hope during the pre-show of PlayStation’s E3 briefing, as a new video dubbed the ‘Theme Music’ trailer was shown. As it started to roll, the text ‘COMING FALL 2017’ appeared, giving the first clear indication of an intended new release window being set for this year after all, and confirming that the game should be seeing a release sometime between September and November. (could we see both FM7 and GT Sport releasing in October?) Let’s talk about this latest trailer though. Playing out in a manner that represents that of a global preparation for a race with the safety car taking a run in the early morning around the courses, the team trucks arriving and offloading cars, and spectators arriving trackside. We are treated to the build up before the actual race event and it is all shown in the impeccable fashion that has come to be expected from, and consistently delivered, by Polyphony Digital. As the soundtrack starts to become more alive, it is now time to watch races take place across the numerous motorsports and locations that exist in the game. With the races coming to a grand finish, the end part is taken up by the winning driver and their celebrations. Even though this confirmation is loose, it’s the best we have at this time, and with a GT game, anything is better than nothing.
  19. I think those who want to get out and walk about in a game like this would be in the minority. Maybe in the home spaces, but not out in the general environment.
  20. The Crew 2 - E3 Reveal & Gameplay Umm, we knew this was coming. They let us know beforehand and gave us some cryptic sentences about how it was going to go ‘Beyond the Road’ and that the ‘journey has just begun’, but no one expected The Crew 2 to be this. This development team is ambitious, we know that is for sure, but holy cheese and crackers they have gone insane, and are quite literally looking to turn your typical racing game on its head. For starters the game is still about racing, but not only on the road or the grassy, gravel or snowy terrain. No, now players will be able to race on the water and in the air. You heard me. There are boats and planes, and as is becoming an all too familiar scenario, Porsche is in too. It’s a big step up in many ways from the first game’s initial outing and what is being seen already is looking incredibly promising. Due out in “Early 2018”, it is good to know that there is still a fair amount of time for the team to work on the game and get it looking superb. The large map of the USA remains for the next game but it has seen some serious work done to it. New water and air based functionality has required some technological wizardry to keep the seamless nature of the game, and this can be seen in great effect through the instant switching between the different racing types. Perhaps what will cause a divide between people more than anything is the Inception like movement of the world around the player as new sequences take place. Watching the world literally raise and lower around you is bound to raise some eyebrows. Opinions have been all over the place in response to the announcement trailer, and so it was great to see this additional gameplay trailer being posted as it showcases the new direction this is heading in a way that couldn’t be shown, and has very much turned opinions more towards those of a positive. 21. Porsche are certainly out there now in everything, they just want to get seen as much as possible I think. I did like how the GT3 RS was racing against a GT-R. It's like these people know their audience. :p
  22. Catch that gameplay video if you get the chance guys as it shows the game off well. Also how awesome is that loading method for the next stage ?!
  23. That was a fantastic UbiE3 imo. Lots of really good games of various types shown off and most doing things that have been asked of from their players. Next up is Sony in a bit over 4 hours!
  24. [HEADLINE]Skull & Bones[/HEADLINE] If you ever played Assassins Creed IV Black Flag then you probably enjoyed the open seas exploration, battles and all other pirate escapades as much as I did. Well Ubisoft listened and have created a whole multiplayer game dedicated to that whole premise and it looks as you would expect. As long as it gets what ACIV got right, this should be a really good game. It's not the full pirate experience we wanted but it's a step in the right direction.
