  1. He is one seriously unlucky and lucky man. As you say it's a shame for his family that this tends to happen to him more than others, but good to hear he got out by himself, as the images of the aftermath make the situation look worse than it was. [admin note]: I moved your post to its own thread as I don't think it's fair to make it out to be a 'Richard Hammond has crashed' collection.
  2. Battlefront 2 looked as nuts and chaotic as the previous. I've only watched my kid-brother play it but it always looks a lot of fun and has plenty of action and I know from the leaked gameplay of BF2 earlier, that he is well hyped for this one too. A Way Out looked promising at the start of its reveal but from the gameplay clips and some of the methods you can use, it kind of fell down a bit in my estimations. There's still time to improve on it mind, might be one to keep a beady eye on.
  3. Tough watch that new NFS Payback bit, quite a lot of non-playing cut ins within that small gameplay segment.
  4. EA Play is starting shortly. Let's see what's new (sequels!) with them. Really want to see more of the new NFS, its handling and how angry the cops are now.
  5. I have an idea what it could be but until I can get time to delve into it I can't really do anything. Chances are allowing it despite the annoyance to some is worth it compared to the functionality that will be removed if it's completely disabled.
  6. It's weird, I see it when not logged in but as myself or as bob it shows all the images as it should.
  7. I'd love to be able to but it's not something I have been able to work out as to why it happens. :( I need to find the time to investigate it more fully. @Ozzmcom are you seeing that as you being logged in or when viewing as a non-member? :hmmm:
  8. Forza Horizon 3 Loves (Hates?) Mountain Dew A new car pack is out now for Forza Horizon 3 and response to the ‘Mountain Dew’ Car Pack is tepid at best, with more players than usual calling it out as weak. The main reason for this is because back in January the developer version of the PC game was mistakenly made available, and as a result, a look at possible upcoming future content could be performed. Therefore, with players waiting for their desires to show up, it is understandable that a new pack will be criticised or result in disappointment for them. However, even if that info wasn’t already known, impressions from around point to this pack still failing to excite players. By all means that doesn’t mean every car pack has to be gold as players will put up with a crap car among the rest. But that’s just it, the rest doesn’t save it, and that’s what is making this a hard sell. Forza Horizon 3 - 'Mountain Dew' Car Pack 1951 Holden FX Sedan 1971 Chevrolet Vega GT 1973 AMC Gremlin X 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX 1996 Ferrari F50 GT 2013 Dodge Dart GT 2016 Lotus 3-Eleven Maybe it will get by on just providing something else to drive and tune in the game, and who knows, perhaps it will find its admirers out there. 9. POLL OPEN Don't forget if you entered and can vote* then you MUST vote in order for YOUR entry to be valid! Well I got to had it to you all you really came out for this one, and despite it allowing edited entries it was good to see standard pics being submitted too. :p Good luck everyone! *those with less than 10 posts can still enter but will not be able to cast a vote
  10. Need for Speed Payback The name of the next title in EA’s long-running Need for Speed arcade racing series has been revealed as Need for Speed Payback ("Payback") and will launch worldwide for PS4, PC and Xbox One on November 10th. A trailer for the new game, that has been in development for two years, was premiered today and already it is causing quite a bit of discussion between players and fans. Mostly because a broad set of them wanted nothing more than what is essentially a carbon copy of the 2015 edition -- just throw in more street racing, drifting and customisation and these folk are more than happy. Others however are excited at the prospect of starting with a piece of scrap and building it into something magnificent, more challenging police pursuits (hello Rhino!) and a story that seems to be more involved than its predecessor. From the first-look it does appear that “Payback” is actually including aspects that all NFS fans have enjoyed the series for over its time, whether it can all coexist or will make some feel excluded because of this spreading out, will remain to be seen. Watching the reveal trailer above it cannot be missed that it contains many sequences that echo those of the Fast and Furious movies, particularly the more recent outings. But consider that the much loved Underground and Underground 2 were games that emulated those films of the day and in a funny way "Payback" is doing exactly the same. (FAMILY!) As with all NFS games it is the cars and where you will be playing with them that matters most to people. And “Payback” is set in a region called Fortune Valley, a place that closely resembles the areas of Nevada, including of course, Las Vegas. The cars range from your everyday street cars to supercars and onwards towards the pinnacle of the hypercar. For those worried that the EA exclusive Porsche deal may have resulted in some bad blood between the two, fear not as Porsche is in. We won’t have to wait long to get a better look at “Payback” as the game will be at EA Play along with a comprehensive showing at E3, both of which take place in the coming weeks (of course you already knew that right?). Need for Speed Payback is due out on November 10th worldwide for PS4, PC and Xbox One. [gallery type=rectangular" link="file" size="seven-post-image" ids="7001,7002,7003,7004,7005,7006]
  11. Amazon US apparently jumped the gun and leaked that this is going to be called NFS Payback. Going full Fast & Furious by the look of it?
  12. Nice variety we got going and some real good effort into the composition too. :nods:
  13. Just in case the 'June 2nd' sign on the first released image wasn't clear enough for you, they've gone ahead and posted this one too.
  14. Now that is how you show Porsche is in your game! Such a well done video. Helped massively by having someone like Patrick Long sharing not only his passion for the iconic manufacturer but also showing how he actively helped the developers in getting the cars to feel right. That is a major plus in my book (just like the McLaren one before) as he knows exactly what those cars are like. And with the choice selection of Porsches shown in the game, it demonstrates too, the understanding that the Slightly Mad team have for the brand. I don't think I will ever get bored of seeing the 962c being included.
  15. Oh no doubt, scalpers will be over that. Probably closer to release when the hype and want is at its strongest.
  16. As per the rules please make sure to post in english even if it's by use of a translator. Thanks. From a quick translation you look to be asking for someone to send you something, please note that asking for files from the original game is not permitted.
  17. One of them was really quick in getting their amazon order in for this exact reason. (was sold out within 24 hours I believe)
  18. That was fun to watch, you almost had it back then it just went passed that point of no return. Nice control of the first breaking out of the rear too.
  19. Are you talking about the time under the names being relative rather than absolute? If so then they show that way for up to 4 weeks previous. If you're on a non-touch screen then you can simply hover your cursor over the time to see the absolute date instead. I added this when I discovered I needed to know this sometimes myself. :)
